Lovely clean modern hotel. Breakfast delicious with good quality food. Nice shampoo and shower gel in the rooms. Working modern tv. Plug sockets near mirrors. So refreshing these days when hotels are so often cutting costs and standards.

I have stayed here 5 times now and never had a bad experience. Everything about this hotel from the amenities to the customer service are of the highest quality. We arrived early on check in day so I enquired at reception and was very happy to be told they had a room ready for me and let me check in there and then - no additional charge like other hotels! The bar area is so relaxing and has amazing staff. We also had breakfast one morning which I thought was great value. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Leicester and always will be.

Very central hotel in Leicester. Staff friendly on check in, room on 4th floor which was a good size with comfy bed and decent size bathroom too. I was woken early by trains as you are next to the station but if that doesn't bother you it's a great hotel. The hotel has parking close by for an additional cost. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices

As always this hotel never fails to deliver and is my place of choice whenever in the Leicestershire area with work. Great size rooms and facilities, adequate fitness room, and always friendly service from the staff. Particular credit has to go to the bar staff who are always welcoming and accommodating, they got my order wrong and couldn't be any swifter at sorting it out. I really like the breakfast, good quality food and beautifully presented. Parking is nearby which makes this a perfect choice as it won't cost a fortune. I think this is my 7th or 8th stay now and always a pleasure to be able to return. Novotel's vary in quality, but this is one of their new hotels which offers a great stay for the business traveller - only thing I ever miss is a desk space, but depending on the room you get there is a workaround.

الغرفة ليست نظيفه تماماً، والمخدات يوجد فيها بقعة سوداء يوجد رائحة كريهة فالغرفة ولايوجد مسببات الراحة .
