Pros: -friendly and welcoming arrival -friendly service in restaurant -spotlessly clean room and bathroom -ample parking (although car park has many potholes) Cons: -very tired decor in hotel and room -television in room not working properly

I had very rude reception for arriving early for check in, Room was very smelly think because chemicals used for cleaning and did,'t had AC working in the room.and they also charged for tooth brush. I hadn't realise Novotel runs hotels in franchise model soc an't expect same customer service and hygienic across the hotels

All good as far as we are concerned. Room was up to standard. We didn't need breakfast and the bar was all we needed in the evening and the service was The parking is always good here, though the tarmac does need filling in a number of places.

A poor experience

Poor hygiene on the staircase leading to lower ground floor. In between the banisters there was large cobwebs and dirt. The inner window in our room was also filthy. I did point this out to the duty supervisor but it was still there when we left. These was no evening restaurant facility and on checking out we were charged for three meals and there was only two of us. This was corrected when challenged. The sooner you bring back proof of your room number when ordering, the better. We were planning to stop there again when returning home but we have votive with our feet! We have photos if required.

Good rooms. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. One problem we have had on several occasions is needing to have heating reset at reception. There is no information as to how to operate aircon / heating.
