Das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht die ganze Zeit gleich warm.

Die Zimmerwände sind dünn. Man hört jedes Wort aus Zimmer nebenan oder vom Flur. Die Zwischendecken übertragen alle Schritte, was es unmöglich machte vor 1:30 nachts einzuschlafen. Frühstück um 6:30 war nicht möglich - die crew war unfreundlich und um 6:45 musste ich mit einer Banane auskommen und bin gegangen. insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen für Businesskunden

During your visit, we unfortunately had a group in the hotel, and we acknowledge that they caused excessive noise. Regrettably, we fell short in handling the situation efficiently at that time. Since then, we have discussed this internally and reviewed our procedures to ensure that similar situations are managed more promptly and effectively in the future. For your information, we have banned this group from this hotel as well. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that on Saturdays and Sundays our regular breakfast service starts at 07:00. Before that, we offer our early bird breakfast starting from 04:00 for guests departing early. We are very sorry that this was not communicated clearly and that the service you received did not meet expectations. We sincerely apologize for the unfriendly impression at the reception and for not providing the warm and attentive welcome that every guest deserves. This feedback has been discussed with the reception team, as we fully understand your concerns and take them seriously. Thank you again for your comments — they help us improve. Ein schönes Zimmer in seitlicher Lage, dadurch ruhig. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren überaus nett. Zu Fuß zum Airport in ca. 45min.
