Dear Pascal, Thank you for your thoughtful review and for praising our rooms and our friendly, helpful team—as well as the saunas in the spa. I’m sorry that breakfast felt loud and hectic, and that some items were unavailable two hours before closing. That is not the standard of a 5-star experience, and I apologize. We’re adjusting our seating layout and peak-time staffing to reduce noise and flow issues, reinforcing replenishment until closing, and reviewing the overall selection to add a bit more variety. I also appreciate your comment on the pool temperature; Engineering is recalibrating it to a more comfortable range. If you’re planning a return, we would be glad to reserve a quieter breakfast area for you and follow up personally. Please feel free to contact us with your dates and preferences.
