I paid twice for the same reservation. Nobody is answering my request to reimburse me my money. Hotel employee reject my payment with my credit card in the hotel front desk when i checked in. I paid with a debit card to keep my reservation.

I called to book a room and agreed on a tariff. They sent it via email. When I arrived at the hotel receptionist told me a higher price that the one agreed on. When I told him that, he told me I was mistaken as the amount on the system was the price with taxes and the one I received was before taxes. It made sense and me and my family were tired so I just asked him to send me the details of what I was being charged, he said he would do it, even confirmed the email, but didn’t send in the details. The next day I told from desk about the incident and they told me that I was mistaken as the amount charged is what the system shows. I found the confirmation and added the taxes. Even after taxes they had overcharged me. When I informed this no apology was issued, they just limited to ask me to forward the email and offer to follow up. They didn’t. The next day I had to send another email. Some hours later I received what I guess was a copy and paste of a return policy. No apology, no explanation, no amount. Just a list of instructions and conditioning on sending some personal documents to send the reinbushmen in 15 business days!!! I mailed back expression my inconformity with those demands. I didn’t receive any additional communication. When I was checking out with my family I was told to wait and 15-20 minutes later received the reinbushement. Again no apology was issued. I had given a 1 star review on Maps and was about to removing it, despite the process being far from ideal; when I saw a comment from the hotel scolding me for not checking that the price they charged was not the agreed priced… and no apology for having overcharged me. I can understand that system error happen. What I still don’t get is way the tried to deny it happens and when they confirmed that they made a mistake, never offered an apology. That I just don’t get.

Room too small,nearly feat in the bed with my wife, they give my reserved room to another person with the same name, and receptionist was saying that was my fault for only put mi last name and name, the form only ask that two names, and she didn't want to give me a new room with the same price until the manager come
