I stay at Accor with frequency and include breakfast. The breakfast was old totopos mixed with scrambled eggs and very little else. This is way below the breakfast in other Ibis in Mexico.

bedes were really hard, I have stayed and many Ibis same price range and way better than these. Hope there is improvement. No safe on the rooms, usually I get on Ibis safes. The service at Alma hotel, were also inconsistent, got fruti everyday and everyday it was served differently

The stay was good the beds were uncomfortable did not have iron for clothes in room only out side was kind of awkward ironing close in the gall way other than that everything was good staff was nice .
