1. 체크인 과정 : 남자 직원이 매우 친절함 2. 룸 컨디션 : 넓고 쾌적함, 청소 상태 우수, 다만 수압이 너무 약함 3. 조식 : 최악의 경험, 음식의 질을 떠나서 너무 불친절함(인종차별 기분을 느낌)
