다음날 공항 이용이 있어 머물렀어요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 공간도 넓어서 캐리어 2개 펼쳐 놓아도 불편하지 않았어요. 객실 슬리퍼가 구비되어 있어 요청했는데 30분을 기다려도 오지 않아 재요청 했어요. 시내 잠시 나갔다 오기는 불편하더라구요 ㅎㅎ

호텔 벽에 구멍이 나서 내부 시설물이 보이는데 ‘문제 없음‘으로 처리하려함. 시계나 시계 뒤쪽에 먼지가 있고 냉장고는 정리가 되어 있지 않음. 5성급 호텔이 되려면 서비스가 보다 향상되어야 함.

25일간의 호주, 뉴질랜드 여행을 풀만 오클랜드 에어포트에서 마무리하기로 계획한 나 자신이 넘 기특합니다. 어머니의 칠순여행을 축하해주는 호텔측의 깜짝 선물과 업그레이드, 라운지에서 우리 가족을 따뜻하게 환영해준 Akram, 저의 서툰 영어를 찰떡같이 파악하고 격려해준 Bagus, 15시 30분경 체크인 때 한국 문화에 딱 맞는 예의바른 인사를 건네주신 키가 큰 직원분, 모두모두 감사드려요. 조식당에 손님 수에 비해 직원분들이 너무 적어서 힘들어보인 점은 마음이 아팠어요. 이번 여행에서만 7개의 아코르 호텔을 이용했는데, 풀만 오클랜드 에어포트가 그 중 1위입니다. 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 모두 완벽! !
