Stayed here for one night. Easy access from the airport. directly across the road. Staff were friendly at such a late hour of arrival. Room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic.

This hotel is so convenient when you need to stay overnight in transit. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. It doesn't get better than walking across the road from the international terminal. This is when a chain hotel is great. You get a consistent product in terms of your room and level of amenities. We love the friendly service and dinner in the restaurant downstairs.

공항에서 1분 거리에 있어 공항 이용 관련해서는 최적의 위치에 있는 호텔입니다. 그러나 청소 상태가 매우 불량합니다. 카페트 구석구석 먼지도 많고 깨끗하고 아늑하다는 느낌을 받을 수 없었습니다. 많은 호텔들이 바닥에 카페트를 사용하는 것을 아직도 이해하지 못하겠습니다.

I stayed at Novatel Auckland Airport in Nov 2025, and while the property itself was fine, my experience was ruined by a serious breach of trust. My clearly named and labelled medication that I accidentally left in the room after checkout was never returned, despite contacting the hotel less than 2 hours after checking out to facilitate its return. The lack of accountability and transparency from staff strongly suggests the item was taken by housekeeping rather than misplaced. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about integrity and security at this hotel. Guests should be extremely cautious and double-check all belongings before leaving. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property
