However, we are truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and welcoming experience. We take your comments regarding room service, the functionality of our room doors, and the amenities provided very seriously. Additionally, we are disheartened to hear about your experience with our front desk staff. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to deliver. Please be informed that bathtub amenities such as bubble bath soap or bath bombs, as well as a refrigerator, are available upon request and can be delivered directly to your room. We regret any inconvenience caused by not having this information readily available to you upon your arrival.
