La habitación es cómoda y el personal amable. A mejorar, diría que el wifi funciona mal (se desconecta continuamente). Estaría bien que fuesen más ecológicos (reciclado, no lavar las toallas/albornoz/vasos, etc si el huésped no lo indica, etc.).

Fue buena, el personal muy amable y todo muy bien. Lo único es que el hotel pedía forzosamente una prueba PCR negativa y en ningún momento nos pidieron esta prueba. Siento que me pidieron algo por protocolo, pero un protocolo que no se siguió y es bastante importante a mi parecer. Si se pone un protocolo, que se siga.

Me quedé una semana en el Fairmont Quasar debido a que me he quedado en Fairmont en toda Canadá me gusta esta cadena. Quisiera que abrieran la piscina mas allá de las 6 de la tarde ya que de noche el lugar tambien es muy bello. Todo estaba perfecto, me hubiese gustado probar las suite con vista al Bosforo. El personal del hotel es muy atento y agradable especialmente Hazal Demir, ella es la mejor. Regresaré el domingo.

Fui por trabajo y la verdad no dan ganas de irse. El personal es muy atento y profesional, las habitaciones enormes con detalles hermosos de diseño y decoracion. El ambiente es muy acogedor lleno de rincones especiales, no es como cualquier hotel. No tuve tiempo de disfrutar la piscina ni el spa pero lo vi y es de lujo.

hotel Fairmont como siempre ha sido excelente, el desayuno y el personal aun cuando no habla inglés, trata de hacer su esfuerzo. El concierge, ni se diga, hace su trabajo con mucha pasión, invierte tiempo y nos arreglo todo lo que requerimos, además de ser muy educado y con mucho carisma, un 100% para El.

Muy buen hotel Habitaciones algo reducidas Regadera incómoda Las sábanas y almohadas con un ligero olor a humedad Un contratiempo al salir a un tour a las 5:00 am nuestro chofer estuvo esperando más de 20 minutos en el vehículo y nosotros estábamos en lobby esperando al chofer también el conserje nunca aviso que nuestro chofer ya había llegando

El hotel nos parecio precioso, la atencion al llegar en la recepcion fue muy buena e inclusive como bienvenida nos hicieron complementos y nos acompanaron hasta la habitacion donde teniamos una cesta de fruta. La habitacion muy comoda, confortable y en el bano todos los complementos que se necesitan :) En comparacion al hotel en Dubai (Fairmont The Palm) , la habitacion y compliments del hotel de Turquia eran mucho mejor. NO es el mismo servicio en los dos hoteles q es una pena ya que es una cadena de hoteles.
