Nice hotel with amazing room and pool. Located walking distance to South Congress Bridge. Really appreciated with the room upgrade. I had the best mocktail on my 3weeks trip around USA and Canada Also breakfast is delicious. Would definitely comeback in the future

The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and great dining options nearby. I have to say this was am amazing stay. Granted I did use Chase loyalty points to pay. I would recommend self parking v valet, especially if the hotel is busy and you need a car. Nothing wrong with valets, but you pay more and you may or may not have to wait. We were upgraded to a corner room on a high floor. It could have been a bit bigger but it was very luxurious. They have black out curtains when you need them because although the views are spectacular, it can be too sunny during the day. Housekeeping was really great, especially turn down service. I found the beds to be very comfortable. And I was able to figure out the TV without spending hours on it. There is an in room safe, minibar, fancy coffee and great glass ware. They gave us Proseco and sweets, which was very nice and a surprise. I loved the pool; granted, it was very crowded on Sunday (it was 100 degrees) but during the week it was calmer. I felt like I was in Miami instead of Austin at pool time. The place itself is gorgeous: the lobbies, the uniforms, the art, even the elevators. There are plenty of eating options in house and Iron Horse BBQ is directly across the street. We had breakfast each day in the large restaurant area and I have to say the "regular" buffet is one of the most comprehensive displays I have ever seen in a hotel (apart from special events). Kudos to the team here. I can't say that everyone has the same experience, and I have stayed here before, but they get an A grade this time.

Great location. Lovely helpful staff Comfortable rooms - missing a few amenities that would make room a little more functional - simple stuff like a waste basket in the bathroom area ( only 1 in the room and placed by the window at the other end of the room ) also a shower wand instead of just a shower head - a little easier to use for older population and allows you not to get your hair wet more easily when you just need a quick rinse after a long hot day. Again for more than $350 + parking a night - it could be better appointed.
