Hotel is nice and well maintained with good amenities. HOWEVER, the wifi barely works! This is unacceptable for a hotel of this size that hosts large gatherings and conferences. I joined a Zoom call and got kicked off 4 times in 15 minutes. This makes working impossible. There were several times when I could not even get my email to load. This needs to be fixed!

Hotel is in a nicer location. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby & on-site restaurants are beautiful and food was great. Hotel room, halls and decor were very dates. Our room had stained, threadbare carpets. Old furniture. Bad smell. Bed was comfortable with amazing views.

Whenever the AC in my room kicked on, it sounded like the door was being opened. Needless to say, I did not sleep well the entire stay. Also, one of the outlets did not appear to work and my phone did not charge overnight. Also, the WiFi was horrible everywhere in the hotel - room, common spaces, etc. We had separate WiFi for a conference and that was not very good. So while the hotel has an amazing appearance and the rooms are pretty updated, it was not a comfortable stay at all.
