An incredible hotel with wonderful staff, excellent service, stunning ocean views, and amazing cuisine. I am incredibly satisfied with my stay here. I would like to give special thanks Oliver, Myat, Phone, and beautiful girl Lani for the outstanding service, warm smiles, and genuine dedication to their work. And the chefs — pure love. If I could give an extra five stars just for them, I absolutely would.

Nice hotel, disappointing service

We stayed at Fairmont Fujairah last weekend to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor organisation and service, which is disappointing for a Fairmont property. Before arrival, we were incorrectly told that our already paid reservation was cancelled, causing unnecessary stress. On arrival, we reached the hotel at 3:20 pm (check-in from 3:00 pm), yet the room was not ready and we only received our keys after 4:00 pm. When we entered the room, there were dirty towels left on the balcony, which is unacceptable. Basic requests such as glasses and ice were not delivered and had to be chased. At the bar, we also had to wait an unreasonably long time for just two drinks, despite the venue not being busy. While the hotel looks nice, the facilities are poorly managed…. the sports bar lacked proper sports channels, the darts area had no darts, and the billiard tables were always busy. Although the front desk manager apologised and offered a late checkout, we already had plans and did not wish to stay longer. Overall, the hotel does not live up to Fairmont service standards, especially for a special occasion. I would think twice before returning.

Great couples holiday

Travelling as a couple from the UK, we have (and are still having) a lovely holiday. We have a fantastic room on the 10th floor with a nice terrace area and lots of space. Every meal has been first class and all the staff have been excellent special note to Adi and Phone.
