We liked the way they welcomed my family is not my first visit but i liked the new lobby design and the Warm welcome from reception team especially Mahmoud and saeed choose room 630 was memorable night at Pullman resort our kids liked the hotel especially kids club

The most disgusting all-inclusive hotel where nothing is included. Forget about eating anywhere (excluding breakfast, lunch, and dinner). You'll be unsuccessful in finding food. There's no way to navigate the hotel. They show no concern for their guests. No one can explain anything properly, and they don't even try; they just redirect you to who knows where. The rooms are old and poorly cleaned.

My stay at Pullman Ras Al Khaimah was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very first moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view was also wonderful and extremely relaxing. I would like to give special thanks to the amazing receptionist Saeed Mohamed. Honestly, he was a major reason behind how comfortable and satisfied I felt throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He assisted me several times with all my questions and requests, responding quickly and in a very respectful manner. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail. The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home. I highly recommend Pullman Ras Al Khaimah to anyone visiting the area, and if I come back again, it will definitely be my first choice. Thank you to the hotel management for such a wonderful experience, and a very special thanks to Mr. Saeed Mohamed for his excellent care and unforgettable service 🌟
