Visited Fairmont Amman for Nur Restaurant on the 24th and was amazed by the experience. Pass my heartiest gratitude to Hostess Raghad for her smooth guidance and welcoming attitude all throughout. From the inquiry and reservation, till the walkout escort, she never spared a chance to deliver a warm and memorable night!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Fairmont Amman, and everything exceeded my expectations — from the elegant atmosphere to the exceptional level of service. I would like to sincerely thank Mrs and Misses : Rama Al-Nator, Wafed, Sandy, and Abdullah at the 16th Floor Lounge for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude that made every visit special. A also I would like to thank Mr. Rajeh, Ahmad Wishah, Abdulrahman, and Jawad at Nur Restaurant for their excellent service, attention to detail, and welcoming manner. The breakfast experience was absolutely delightful. A special thanks to Mr. Samer AlHussaini as all of this professional service and attitude wouldn’t be happen without his great management . The team truly made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Fairmont Amman to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. The hotel Manager Nikolaos Kaloudis made our stay unforgettable. All his recommendations as to where to go and visit were accurate . Hotel staff is very polite and friendly as is their Manager. If you visit Amman dont stay anywhere else but only in Fairmont Amman hoyel which is also new( built in 2018). The hotel is very clean with very good breakfast. In general this is a real 5 stars luxury hotel
