The hotel Manager Nikolaos Kaloudis made our stay unforgettable. All his recommendations as to where to go and visit were accurate . Hotel staff is very polite and friendly as is their Manager. If you visit Amman dont stay anywhere else but only in Fairmont Amman hoyel which is also new( built in 2018). The hotel is very clean with very good breakfast. In general this is a real 5 stars luxury hotel

happy christmas from fairmont the best hotel, from the moment i came the staff was very helpful ms malaak with her smile and the arabian coffee the taste amazing, decorations very beautiful ill com back for sure . thanx all

Our stay at the Fairmont was wonderful due to the high level of service received throughout stay. Even before I landed in Amman, the excellent communication from Malak regarding our special requests filled me with confidence. Special shout outs for the great service to: - Rand - Amal - Alaa - Mohamed Ali - Rania - the entire Fairmont Gold Team (sorry I didn’t catch all the names) Thank you, Fairmont Amman Team, for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
