朝食の野菜が新鮮でおいしかったです。コーヒーの味も良かったです。 部屋は、清掃・ベッドメイキングが丁寧でした。 部屋では、トイレの水が流れる際の音と外からの音が少し気になりました。 なお、水についてはチェックイン時に部屋にあったボトル1本のみで、その後の補充が無かったのが残念でした。

Reception has to be better...not so proffessional... Located in a very central place (rooms are clean, however some things around arent with attention) very close walking everywhere...good places to eat and buy around (all is Kosher) Thursday is full of people if you like it

The hotel was amazing! Great location close to the western wall, the light train and night life!! The staff were amazing and they were able to manage me my wife and 3 little kids. Their breakfast as well was delicious and had a view of Jerusalem in the morning. Will definitely come back again!

I highly recommend IBIS hotel in center of Jerusalem. My cousin and I came for 2 nights to get some quite time during the war. Location is excellent in the center of town. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was AMAZING. So much to choose from. I would like to compliment the staff of the hotel and how nice they were,especially John,head of dining room, who was super nice to us and so friendly.❤️ I highly recommend this hotel. I certainly will return! Thank you🙏

Not a bad hotel, in the very center away from the noise at the same time, not bad breakfasts,two minutes by walking from yafoo, good views from room, we had a camera on a high floor, happy hour in hotel it’s a very nice addition, I would like to pay attention to the cleanliness where the breakfasts are held, the wardrobe in the room is very small, I didn't like the savings on soap and shower gel, no shampoo for hair, body cream
