予約時の部屋の紹介では「OVERLOOKING HISTORIC JERUSALEM」とのことで期待していましたが、チェックイン後の部屋からは旧市街を眺めることはできませんでした。残念です。

The items on the breakfast can be improved, otherwise the stay was absolutely lovely. location is superb. staff was very friendly . easy access to transport and old city . would recommend the hotel to friends .

The employees have no sense of service. As a gold member of the Accor Club I have had not a single Gold Member "present". No drink, no early check in, no openness to change room to a 2 single beds instead of double bed. Moreover, I have had a difficulty with a car park close by, the people at reception provided no support at all considering that it was shabbat and therefore a holliday for them!! Never this hotel again.

Small, noisy, expensive rooms in busy center of Jerusalem. Great breakfast.

You pay a lot of money for a basic, small and noisy room (even at the backside of the hotel). Great location for those who like to go out an party in Jerusalem. Breakfast buffet is really good and situated on the top floor with nice views over the new city. Friendly staff.

Enjoyed comy bed and pillows, excellent reception staff, helpful kitchen staff. Location perfect. Only thing would have loved small roof top garden to chill / sit in sun to escape busy noisy city - thankyou.
