Very good experience. The kids received cute dolls and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. It’s also at a very convenient location. Will recommend it for family with kids. Will come next time if we are in this area.

All good previous stay when our meals.very late in coming and then my wife’s fish half cooked has still not been addressed. I raised it this visit and the guy at the check in very helpful but no compensation sorted. My meals this time were great. I was told there was a new chef.

Overall, my family and I are satisfied with our stay. The hotel is well maintained but the only downside is not having a parking lot for guests so you have to find an available on street park. Also, the staff kept on knocking on our door and calling us what time are we checking out after we've agreed on doing a late checkout at a specific time.
