We drove 3 hours plus from Auckland city to this hotel. Drive was great. Driver is on the right side, similar to Singapore). Just need to pay attention to the round-about procedures. Pro: I will definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly, helpful & patient Hotel is clean, looks new & modern Has a restaurant on level 1 (we didn't patronize it as there are many restaurants around the hotel). Full Amenities Our room was on the highest level - great view. Cons: Sort of a few temporary parking lots just outside the hotel main lobby (for pickup & unloading). You can park at the hotel allocated parking area but charges are quite expensive) so we parked along the public carpark.

Very elegant hotel, nice atmosphere. Beautiful large comfy room (I really liked the sitting nook). Delicious food at restaurant. All staff were kind and very helpful.

Nice hotel, good rooms and friendly staff. However your parking charges and breakfast charges are unreasonable. I paid for parking and on the Friday night my vehicle was moved from the secure parking to the street side at midnight as I was notified via my Apple app that the vehicle has been moved. This also soured and devalued your parking charges.

Great central Roto-Vagus location, with a comfortable reception, bar/dining area. Avery roomie room for a couple to finally relax & enjoy

A charming welcoming & check in, with a nice gentleman talking us about the a2 milk process- certainly different, but very fresh indeed, and the escorted us to the lift and set us off with a smile 😃....Nice! The room was pleasantly a good large kingsize bedroom, really enjoy the rotating TV a innovative separation of space to the sitting dinning area. Only the white opaque glass shower & toilet made us think a little odd. Although was a very large walk-in shower, with good hot water pressure, nice after a day out touring the sites. Would had been nice for a bath or large communal spa pool(s) to ease sore muscles or to relax in
