We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Rotorua as always, but we were disappointed with the parking situation this time. All the street parking was full due to an event, which left us searching for a spot for nearly 30 minutes. Considering the cost of the rooms and the standard Pullman is known for, it would be reasonable to expect parking to be provided or better managed for guests. I stay at Pullman every time I visit Rotorua because of the luxury and comfort, but the parking issue made this visit quite stressful. If this continues, Pullman may risk losing loyal customers.

However, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with parking during your visit. The hotel only have a fixed amount of parking spaces. We Unfortunately we are not able to 'upsize' and arrange additional spaces nearby during high demand. On weekends like Matariki when we see a surge of locals gathering in the CBD, a lot of the public parking spaces around the hotel are occupied. Particularly late afternoon and evening.
