Lovely hotel for a stay in Rotorua, within walking distance to many attractions in this area. Yna helped us at reception and was extremely professional and friendly, she even gave us a room upgrade with a beautiful lakeside view! All the staff were so helpful, we needed to call a company to confirm a trip and they helped us with this. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

The reception girl YNA provided excellent service. She is really kind to our kids. She smiled and patiently answered all the funny questions kids asked. The room is good as well. It’s clean and new.

Excellent service by Ajay! Rooms and breakfast was amazing. Nice n clean. Good customer service by all the staff. Great stay with the family and excellent location. I would certainly come back again! Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and very comfortable room. My only reservation was the lighting in the room. It was pleasant mood lighting but a few brighter ceiling lights would have been good especially when packing up to leave.
