buona posizione - buona presentazione al check in - camera piccola ma curata - ottimo letto - servizio del bar sul roof top buono (poca scelta - non ho potuto ordinare una tisana all'ora dell'aperitivo) - colazione insufficiente (servizio molto scarso -visto che il buffet è limitato e la maggior parte delle cose va ordinata, avere continuamente a che fare con camerieri non all'altezza è stato sgradevole) - peccato per la mancanza di una spa (alla fine di una giornata al gelo di parigi avremmo gradito un bagno caldo)

Regarding your room, you had reserved an Iconic – Paris Skyline View with Eiffel Tower view. This category does not include a bath, but we hope you were still able to enjoy the other amenities of your room. For your next stay, our reservation team would be more than happy to assist you in selecting a room that best suits your preferences. Concerning the rooftop bar, hot beverages are available at the Lobby Bar, as each outlet provides a specific service; the rooftop bar is dedicated to alcoholic drinks and cocktails. That said, we are truly sorry to learn that the service at the restaurant did not meet your expectations. The slow pace of service is not reflective of the level of experience we strive to offer. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with the restaurant management team so that immediate improvements can be made. We are proud of our breakfast experience, thoughtfully curated to showcase a wide variety of fresh, seasonal, and high-quality products, including artisanal pastries, healthy options, and hot à-la-carte dishes, all served in an elegant setting with panoramic views over Paris. Our goal is to provide guests with a refined and energizing start to the day, combining both taste and atmosphere. Regarding the turndown service, please note that it is provided daily. In your case, as the “Do Not Disturb” option was selected, the service was not performed to respect your privacy. We also noted your comment regarding the staff at Bonnie. Please accept our sincere apologies if you felt there was any attitude. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment, so it is disappointing that this was not your impression. Hotel si trova a 15 minuti di camminata da Notre Dame. ha un design particolare e tecnologico. La vista da Bonnie bar merita. Camere sono confortevoli e pulizia merita un 10 e lode! Letto e’ perfetto, cuscini e piumone sono puliti. Biancheria di alto livello. Una parte della camera ha moquette, ma niente a che fare con moquette tradizionali. Ciabattine, accappatoio e kit di benvenuto sono apprezzati. Prezzo un pochino alto, visto che non c’è la piscina e la spa e’ a pagamento e bisogna prenotare, perciò vincolante. Suggerisco di accertarvi di persona che la camera sia quella prenotata. In quanto lo staff, nonostante durante il check in lo ricordate, vi danno la camera che vogliono loro, sperando che non la cambiate e voi magari avete speso 400 euro in più per avere una vista spettacolare e poi vi trovate a dover fare le foto con cellulare fuori dalla finestra per catturare la immagini di vostro gradimento. Perciò controllate di persona che la camera corrisponde. Altrimenti vi sentirete ingannati e vi rovinerete la permanenza.
