Uno sguardo, un ricordo per sempre. Giorno e notte, Bonnie vanta una vista mozzafiato su Parigi. Un po' esuberante, parigina e stravagante, ispirata da influenze atlantiche, con accenti anni '60-70 che emergono dal design, dall'atmosfera e dalla cucina.

Ottima la posizione. Confortevole e grande(per Parigi) la stanza, con perfetta predisposizione luci. Molto negativa la colazione. Molto negativi i partner esterni. Qualche disservizio, risolto però abbastanza presto. Gentile ed efficiente il personale. Moderna ed elegante la struttura. Bella la vista dal club

Hotel molto pulito, camere molto belle, e vista Torre Eiffel stupenda. Abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante con rouftop con vista 360° su tutta Parigi meraviglioso, ma il mangiare non è stato di mio gusto

Dear Amedeo, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at SO/ Paris Hotel. We are pleased to read that you found our team kind and helpful throughout your stay, and we sincerely appreciate your comment. We are, however, sorry to read that our breakfast experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the variety offered in relation to your dietary requirements. Please allow us to kindly clarify that our teams made every effort during your stay to accommodate your needs, including guiding you through the buffet items suitable for a milk-free diet, and offering all available vegan options. For your information, our breakfast buffet already includes several vegan-friendly options such as chocolate plant-based yogurts, fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, dried fruits and plant-based milks, chia seed pudding, banana cake, as well as all breads except sandwich bread. In addition, our Chef was also fully prepared to specially bake a homemade vegan vanilla cake for you during your stay. We also prepared recommendations for nearby vegan and dairy-free bakeries in the area, and our team was available to assist in purchasing fresh pastries on your behalf each morning upon request, in order to provide more variety and comfort. I also had the opportunity to personally meet with you during your stay, and we had agreed on a simple arrangement whereby you would let us know the evening prior if you wished us to purchase fresh pastries for the following morning; however, we unfortunately did not receive any further requests after this discussion. We were aware of your dietary requirements and therefore did our utmost to offer suitable alternatives and tailored solutions throughout your stay. We regret if these solutions did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us refine both our offerings and the way we support guests with specific dietary needs. We will of course take your comments into consideration moving forward. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more fully satisfying experience.
