We are pleased to read that you appreciated the presentation of the hotel, the breakfast offer, the heated pool, the fitness room, as well as the soundproofing, security service, and our convenient location near Gare de Lyon. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your remarks. All our rooms are equipped with an individual thermostat allowing guests to adjust the temperature. In case of discomfort or any question, our reception team is available 24/7 and can of course assist you or provide additional equipment, such as a portable heater if needed. Regarding in-room amenities, you were accommodated in a Classic room (as booked), which includes the equipment corresponding to this category. Items such as bathrobes, slippers, a capsule coffee machine, and a fully stocked minibar are features of our Executive rooms, which belong to a higher category.
