Dear Enzo, A lot of Mercure hotels like us do have carpeted floors. We understand that carpet floors aren't to everyone's taste but be assured they are regularly thoroughly cleaned. Water is provided in all our rooms ; in all minibars we include water a bottle. If none were present in your room, that was a mistake and we sincerely apologize. This matter has been brought up to our housekeeping Manager to ensure to complete refill of water bottles in every room. Our reception team is 24/24H so do not hesitate to contact them if your water bottle is missing in-room. Regarding your breakfast remark, we are a bit surprised as we offer a lactose-free yoghurt with coconut milk and a vegetal milk. Furthermore, many other options are lactose free such was our salad bar, bread, warm dishes, fruits, charcuterie. If you have a doubt our team is here to help you during your breakfast. Dear Mr S, We thank you for choosing the Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon TGV for your recent parisian stay. Indeed, check-in is starting at 3pm so that our rooms can be properly prepared after the previous guests have checked out. You arrived at 5pm and your room was ready at that time. Our rooms were renovated a few years ago. However we are sorry to learn our carpet was not to your liking. We look forward to welcoming you back. Wishing you a wonderful day. Dear Rosaria, We thank you for choosing the Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon TGV for your recent parisian stay. Indeed our reception staff speaks many languages including french and english for everyone. Unfortunatly, no one at the moment speaks Italian at the reception. This will be taken into account for future recruitment. On our ALL page Italian is not indicated as a language our staff speaks. Regarding the bathroom door, it is the first time we have this kind of feedback. To be sure there is no problem with your door, our maintenance team will conduct an examination.
