Dear Enzo, A lot of Mercure hotels like us do have carpeted floors. We understand that carpet floors aren't to everyone's taste but be assured they are regularly thoroughly cleaned. Water is provided in all our rooms ; in all minibars we include water a bottle. If none were present in your room, that was a mistake and we sincerely apologize. This matter has been brought up to our housekeeping Manager to ensure to complete refill of water bottles in every room. Our reception team is 24/24H so do not hesitate to contact them if your water bottle is missing in-room. Regarding your breakfast remark, we are a bit surprised as we offer a lactose-free yoghurt with coconut milk and a vegetal milk. Furthermore, many other options are lactose free such was our salad bar, bread, warm dishes, fruits, charcuterie. If you have a doubt our team is here to help you during your breakfast.
