Regular visitor to the location due to business. Time to time, my stay credits do not post in my account. I spoke with property location during my last visit regarding and he promised me to report but it has been several weeks already but nothing happened. I called corp office but representatives (called also several times) were not able to help me saying " we are checking with location". I already spoke with the manager and it was their fault but what else are we checking? So bad customer service both from the hotel and corp. I am a Platinum member and do not deserve the treatment like this

Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In!

This is easily the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. I would have given ZERO stars if I could! Where to begin? The room was so small that I had to step out into the hallway to change my mind. No room for normal amenities at this price level such as a fridge or microwave. The closet it tiny, also. The bathroom shower is a design disaster! The shower head literally comes out of the middle of the ceiling. It's impossible to direct water where you want it, with NO adjustment possible. I had to literally step out of the shower to shave and then back in to rinse. I've never quite experienced anything like it. I was shocked to find out this is an Accor Hotel. I can't figure out how this hotel is ranked as the # 1 value in Mazatlan and will NEVER stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to stay during your business trip, or you are a traveler who want to stay away from tourists, you will find in Ibis Hotel a balance between a nice room, super friendly staff, and the basic needs to cover. This was my second time stating at this particular hotel and is a pleasure to sleep in here.
