It's a pleasure to stay with Mercure BSD

i was very satisfied for staying in Mercure BSD compare with other 4stars hotel in Tangerang. They served really warm hospitality especially Ms. Raj. I was asked for Birthday decoration on that day, and she explained very detail and also i got a wonderful cutie blueberry cheese cake! She offered me a membership also (because it's the benefit for having a little decoration). Not only offered me, she explained the benefit of the membership so i could use it again in another Accor's property. Checked-in by a guy in the evening shift and he was very attentive, giving me a fast check-in also because i was very tired on that night. Thanks all of the great reception!

Mercure BSD is a very Kid Friendly Hotel. The facility for kids is top notch. The breakfast is good. Bathroom is so spacious. Everything is good, my family loves stay in! The swimming pool is spacious. Many games for kids. The bed is spacious also. I love the sofa, and they have baby crib.

Nice room, not too cramped for 3 adults + 1 baby. Bathroom is also a nice sized one. Comfy bed and clean space, but for those travelling with babies or kids, make sure to get a non-smoking room one because the smell and residue of smoke could be an issue for younger kids. We had a blast at breakfast, the restaurant vibe was bright and cute with great selections of food and the food were tasty! Staffs are nice and helpful, always on the move to make sure we had great experience dining at the restaurant. It’s our second time here and for sure won’t be the last one! Thank you so much for the staffs and keep up the good work! 👍

All the good service was very welcome and helpful, and the service was humble. the hotel room is so awesome for me and I want to stay here again and will ask my other friend to stay here too. Hopefully, the service will always be great like when I first stayed here.

The bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. The selection of both Western and Eastern dishes was awesome. Another standout feature was the hotel's kid-friendly playground. The play area was well-maintained and offered a variety of activities for children of all ages. It was a great place for kids to burn off energy and have fun. While our overall experience was positive, there was one area where the hotel could improve. The swimming pool, while functional, could benefit from some enhancements. Expanding the pool's size and offering a variety of features, such as a children's section or a lazy river, would enhance the overall swimming experience. Overall, our stay at Mercure BSD was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations.
