⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was clean and spacious, and the TV could stream YouTube — which was a nice bonus. The swimming pool was very large with a beautiful view, surrounded by lots of trees, so it didn’t feel like we were in the middle of the city. The fitness center was well-equipped and had a stunning view. There was also a kids’ area that kept the children entertained and happy. Dinner was delicious with generous portions — the burger was especially tasty, with flavorful meat. The salted caramel coffee was also amazing and came in a big portion. The receptionist was very welcoming, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall, this is the best hotel in Tangerang! Highly recommended.

The staffs here are very friendly. The facilities are quite old, but the gym is nice, I enjoyed the sunlight every morning, The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, crucial for planning my travel. The breakfast buffet featured a mix of Indonesian and Western dishes.

Best quality of the room and service. Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly and responsive to any requests. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I've stayed at Mercure Alam Sutera a few times, but this time was different. The hotel is starting to improve. Despite being under renovation, the modern 4-star service is still delivered with style. Some of the rooms have been renovated to be more attractive and very modern, the rooms are equipped with android smart-TV, which allows you to explore without limits. Thanks to Yadi and Dwi, the Housekeeping staff for making the rooms clean and comfortable. More importantly, the new chef gives a different feel to the hotel's cuisine, as if you are enjoying a home-cooked meal with feeling. All the food served makes you reluctant to stop trying and savoring to the last drop. Overall, mercure Alam Sutera has a scrumptious dishes. Thanks to the new chef and his team who have given a new sensation to the dishes served, thanks also to Kholik and Pian. The service at the Resto was also quite impressive. All the staff are friendly and always offering help, responding to requests quickly. thank you to Budi and Regina who have provided the best service and still remember me. thank you also to the other resto staff dendi and irvan. It looks like the management is making savings, but the service from the hotel staff still maintains the tradition of hospitality and sincerity in serving guests. The meeting rooms are comfortable with modern and sophisticated supporting equipment, no need to use projectors and screens anymore; Mercure provides a large Smartboard Monitor. Thanks to Adnan, the technicians are always ready to help. The Banquet team who standby around the meeting room really provide the best service, once gave direction to serve the meeting participants, then proactively and initiative implemented perfectly. Thank you Koza, you're the best. There's something different about the coffeebreak provided, not only the great taste but the variety of snacks that make you forget that there's still lunch and dinner waiting. The location of this hotel is very strategic, opposite the mall, next to the hospital, the mosque is close by. Opposite the hotel are also many delicious street food locations. Even better, despite being on the edge of a busy road; the noise of vehicles is not heard in the meeting room. The lobby is quite cozy, friendly welcome from security and doorman. Thank you to Fitri and Audrey for serving us wholeheartedly. Especially, thank you to Noviani the Director of Sales who has provided satisfactory support for the meeting activities since before it took place even after the activity ended. Overall, Mercure Alam Sutera provides a slightly different but memorable experience. Hopefully all the best services can be maintained even better; so that guests who stay and new guests get a pleasant impression.
