I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort from 30th Jan to 1st Feb. I stayed in a villa, and the room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained throughout my visit. One of the highlights of the property is the direct access to the Beach, which is beautiful and very convenient, perfect for relaxing walks by the sea. The overall vibe of the resort was great, with pleasant music and a lively yet calm atmosphere. The buffet meals were excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. I also faced a small issue with the payment during my stay, but the staff handled it very professionally and kindly. They were extremely helpful not just with that, but with other requests as well, which really stood out. Overall, a well-kept resort with great service, food, and location. I’d definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again.

Don’t stay in this hotel. Hotel AC doesn’t work, rooms remain super heated and very uncomfortable. Service is also poor. DOBT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
