Had a great stay at Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort. Special thanks to Prince, Housekeeping Executive, for his excellent service. He was polite, professional, and kept our room very clean and comfortable throughout our stay. His efforts really made our experience better. Highly appreciated!

We have visited Goa several times over the years, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff were truly outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to Soshan, Raju, Karthik, and Raveena for their exceptional service and warm hospitality—they really made a difference to our experience. We would also like to thank Karen, our TUI representative, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at the property. We went to celebrate my nephew's first birthday! Everything is great, the staff, the food, the service, the facilities. The staff make you feel at home and take such good care of you and your kids. They provide kids meals on demand which is the best part! Special thanks to Nupur, Tanishka, Ayushi, Soshan, Nikhil and Sumit. You people are amazing. Thank you!
