Had a wonderful experience at Dona Sylvia, Goa. The atmosphere was fantastic, relaxed, welcoming and perfectly set for a memorable time. A special mention to Jagdish, the bartender, who was brilliant, and Sailesh, our waiter, who provided excellent service throughout. The entire team did an amazing job and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Highly recommend for great service, great vibes and an all-round enjoyable experience.

We stayed at Novotel Dona Sylvia from 28th December to 3rd January, and this was our third visit to the property. Once again, it turned out to be a wonderful and memorable stay. The resort continues to maintain high standards in terms of its serene location, beautifully maintained grounds, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and overall hospitality. What truly makes the experience special is the consistent warmth of the staff and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Our children had an amazing time — from the open spaces to the activities and the overall safe, welcoming environment, it was a perfect holiday for them, which in turn made it a very relaxing stay for us as a family. A special mention to Gita ji, whose warmth, attentiveness, and personal care added a lovely touch to our experience and made us feel truly welcome. We look forward to coming back yet again and would happily recommend the property to family and friends.

Another lovely holiday at this hotel. Had issues with our 1st room at the start .. Karen the tui rep is amazing and got things sort out with Gita and Ruby two lovely ladys who looked after us and sorted out another room and put us in a bungalow. Thank you for the room being decorated for my birthday l loved it and thank you to all the staff and chef's at Mama Mias for my amazing birthday party. All the staff are very friendly. Everyone from the gardeners, all the restaurants and bar staff, cleaner's, chef's, reception staff and the guys on the gates are all so polite and to staff behind the scenes who we never see. The young man on the front entrance with the amazing moustache a credit to the hotel. Abhay on security a lovely polite young man always making sure we were ok every time we saw him. Very good at his job. The only thing we would say was that the food in the main restaurant could be hotter we found some off dishes cold. But thank you to all the staff at the hotel. We enjoyed our holiday at your hotel. Thank you to you all.

Truly Appreciate all the volunteers & staff of Novotel / Radisson for wonderful arrangements of parking/ drop facilities to avoid traffic jam, Awesome & many choice of food at Venue, great service, wonderful Band , Fabulous Prizes though I was unlucky to Win YEZDI OR Trip .. Special Thanks to Joshita .. Great arrangements & coordination. Great value for money. Regards
