nice budget property in calangute nothing to complain about!!!! good buffet nd safe stay for families with kids .Though located not on main road offers peacefull surroundings.also centrally located to all restaurants and market and beaches

overall experience was nice . this was my second stay in same property, ....only concern is room size...,room we found little congested, otherwise hotel is excellent for family vacation stay.. safety measures were followed during covid-19

Great option for short comfortable holiday

I loved the design of the hotel, with 2 pools, guest parking and ample amenities for children to play on-site. Hotel is away from beach and so the complimentary vehicle is a good idea. The beach itself is quiet and clean. Maybe the hotel can have picnic basket offer so that for a meal I do not have to depend on the local shack option. On the negative side I felt the room upkeep could be improved - balcony door scraping the floor, confusing light switches, restricted menu for all day and a location that is awkward to locate. That's all for now.

Good hotel in the vicinity of Calangute beach

This hotel is around 15 min away from Calangute beach. Place is clean & tidy. Restaurant has very limited options in food. Food taste is good. Room service is good , overall staff is professional.It has pool inside.You can get bikes/car on rent from hotel itself ( small cabin near entrance). I had good experience and stay.

My room was not clean at all.. and one attendant by the name of Mr. Riyazul denied to give me towels, when he came to clean the room at 18:30. First of all, that is not the time when you come to clear the room when the sign outside the door says "clean the room" from 8am. And when I said I'll complain about you then he ran and got the towels and was knocking continuously and disturbing me. When I took the towel, he told me to go and complain.. that is not the way you treat a silver member of le accor club hotels

Room was dirty, Room was full of Fish smell but whole day no one came. I have to escalate twice of lizard in room but nobody came. Plus I have raised couple of other concerns too but responses were very very late. I will not prefer to go again.

perfect for family stay

though weather played a spoil sport on our tour but ibis styles provided the best comfort to relax(both room and amenities for kids and elders) and food to relish. Only issue was the bathroom does not have a mat to dry/powder room or a drain and by mistake water flows and it is very slippery and kids may let out water running if scary when power down night time between to restore etc...

I was at Goa with my family for a short trip. Before flying from Delhi, I was looking for many websites where I could find best deals. I zeroed down to 2-3 hotels for my stay and then searched their websites directly. I wanted to give some surprise to my little kiddo and it happened with IBIS. They had a Minion themed room. I booked the same and really my kid was very happy. The IBIS team is really very helpful and co-operative. At the last day my departure was in the evening so I checked out and waited in the lobby. And after a while I was asked by the staffs to use the amenities till the time we are waiting. A big thanks to the crew Mr. Lokesh, Mahendra, Buddhadev, Joe and reception desk. Thanks for making our holiday really pleasant and remarkable. Special thanks from my kid Viaann... :-)

Excellent stay . Homely treatment. Great service. Fantastic ambiance. Good Food. After coming back home , i realized i have left some medicine in the mini refrigerator. with great difficulty i could get the number , but after speaking i could not get any positive reply & unlimately the line was transferred to reception desk , i explained them about my concern , they said they will give ,e a call back . But no body called back. this medicine was not very expensive , but if i could have left some expensive item , that could have been of great concern. Hence please improve the responsiveness.

I would split my review in various categories: (1 star is worst and 5 star is best) Planning by hotel: 2 star. When hotel know the booking and occupancy then its not good for them to say that we have full house so there is delay in service. We saw huge crowd, queue, delay in room service (sometimes upto 45 min) and reason given was full occupancy. Restaurant service: 3 star. I believe everyone staying in hotel gets free breakfast as hotel was not recording the room numbers while entering or exiting the restaurant. Food was good but size of restaurant is not enough for the number of rooms they are having leading to queue and non-availability of tables especially during breakfast time. Many times we had to wait for plates, spoons, cups, bowls etc as well Rooms: 4 star. Room size was decent. All rooms have balcony attached and have swimming pool facing directions. Beds are decent. Room Service: 2 star. There is huge scope of improvement in this department. It is responsibility of room service to clean the room properly, replenish the items like shampoo, loofah, etc which are consumed on the daily basis. Swimming Pool: 5+1 star. Best part of the hotel is swimming pool. They claim to have 3 swimming pool out of those 2 are big and one is small. Swimming pools water was clean all the time and my family enjoyed alot playing in there. Vicinity to city: 5 star. Basic facilities are nearby. There are good pure veg restaurant at walking distance. Thivai beach was ~500mts from hotel.

Staff of Ibis were found to be very helpful and courteous. Always Smiling !! The buffet meals spread was good but the dishes heating to keep the food was not good. Ibis Styles layout is good and plenty of greenery / play area for kid .Beach walk able distance and they have drop to beach by jeep from 11 am. This should be earlier i.e 7.30 am to 11.00 am and than 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.No hands washing facility at the dining area.No shower and changing room near the pool - Main & kids pool.Deluxe rooms too small for the charges and no exhaust an in bathroom and drainage. Should the mgmt attend to the above it is wonderful place to stay with your family. Will definitely recommend ACCOR HOTELS :)

This is FAR THE BEST hotel where I stayed in India, and probably in the world!People are incredibly friendly: from the reception desk to the kitchen and the house keeping.I was very warm welcomed. I have received gifts from the hotel all along my Journey in Goa.I felt being a priviledged client there.People at the reception desk helped me in organizing my visits and excursions.Everybody is great.I really want to highlight this: congratulations to all the team, from the bottom of my heart.1 negative point nevertheless: the taxi company with which the hotel works with is not very reliable: I have been charged 540 RS more than the expected agreed price of 2900 RS for my excursion without any justification as the tour was exactly what was planned.

Enjoyable stay

We had a decent and enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were there for 2 nights. There were a few problems during the stay but nothing that would stop me from staying there again. On our first day at lunch, the server named Sushil was not aware of the menu at all and while I was speaking to him, he was looking somewhere else. Finally, I had to ask him to at least look at me while I placed the order. Then, I asked him to get some water and then again he disappeared. He did not know what a particular soup was and tried to give a random answer and when we asked him about it again, he got flustered and so I asked him to go and check with the chef. This took him more than 5 minutes, and we were the only two guests in the restaurant at that time. When we complained, the other server took over and no complaints at all after that. The new server with the last name Joshi was very good and attentive and we also enjoyed the food very much.The TV in the room wasn't working when we reached and so, that had to be fixed. This happens. But, the biggest problem, that fortunately, did not escalate was that, the plastic covering on top of the water filtration duct next to the pool broke when I placed my foot on it. Luckily, I wasn't hurt but it could have ended very badly. There was a big hole in that covering and I was waiting for someone to come and take a look at it. Someone did it, but while I was not paying attention. Otherwise, I would have told someone about it. Now, there was an elderly couple in the pool, right next to where my leg went through the plastic covering and I am sure they must have told the staff about it, but nobody cared to come up to me to even ask if I was hurt or not. If none of the hotel staff was informed, I have no complaints there, but I really think that this bad quality of plastic covering should not be used. I found the Front Desk staff to be very ill-informed about what could be done in the vicinity of the hotel. They couldn't even recommend us to a good place to go and eat. I wish I could have given this place a better rating. They are trying but there's still some way to go before I can really be happy about this place. The staff was very friendly and were smiling all the time.

We had great time staying in beautiful rooms in this ibis styles hotel in Goa. It is very close to popular beaches and it is in the middle of most happening and lively street with so many restaurants near by. The breakfast and dinner buffet in this hotel is so tasteful and recreational facilities like swimming,ping pong, fuse ball, cricket, free cycle for rides are additional advantages for this hotel. All the staff are very courteous and friendly and particularly Guest Managers Vamshi, Prasad, Prateeksha are very friendly and very approachable. Our family had great and pleasant vacation of our life staying in this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for every family who wish wants to have a great stay in North Goa.

IBIS group of hotels are good for business tours that i had felt well. but this time for family and romantic destination i was not impressed well, thought the service was good the amenities and comfortless was not satisfactory.

I booked this hotel on your site and you confirmed it by charging my card and your confirmation letter mentioned that I need not to pay anything at the hotel. ... However upon reaching thd hotel I was asked to give my card to them again to be charged again saying they have not received any payment! They said it was only used to lock the the amount but you'd website mentioned nothing of this sort and mentioned that I need to pay nothing later... I then was forced to pay there and I paid in cash... It was pathetic experience. . Also booking this hotel on your site cost me extra by rupees 5000..as on very next day I got a offer on spicejet.com website to book the same hotel just for rupees 23k using my hdfc card. I am feeling cheated. ..you have over charged me...I want my extra money to be refunded. .. I make sure I highligh this on all social websites and spread words about this incident. .I will never use hour website ever again. Manish Bansal

My Rooms Division Manager has replied back to you on your email and if you want we can discuss the same over a personal conversion to explain you how you saved money instead of loosing it.
