We were very excited for this stay BUT As Accor Gold Member I was accepting better welcome at hotel, Reception team was so unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I have already informed them about my reaching time requested for early check-in & my room preference but even as Accor Gold Member they were providing room to other guests in front of me. I understand that room upgrade & early check-in is based on availability so didn't argue there and went to Candolim Beach for lunch & informed them that whenever room will be ready just call me but they didn't do that also. Final after checking I have seen poor room quality , pool furniture in the room as its very old property so like there room too. all this points once I was ready to ignore but what happened in dinner time at there restaurant was so ungrateful, behaviour of senior executives was so bad at restaurant area. I still remember the name may be some guy named Simran or Sukhmaat who was looking like some Nepali guy. But when I have informed this incident to some other guy who was restaurant manager who was available during the breakfast time I appreciate his effort to make us happy. I had some great experience at other Novotel hotels in the world so the image of Novotel is entirely changed after visiting this property.

The hotel is 15min walkable from the beach. Our arrival and check out experience was fast. Reception team is very courteous. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast spread was great. Services was good. The pool got a amazing view. Over all we had a pleasant time. Highly recommend to our friends.

Had amazing stay at Novotel resort, their hospitality and service is up to the mark, staff are also very helpful and always happy to assist us, special thanks to front office team and even F&B team for making our stay wonderful, Ecchita Kailash Avishikta Salman tapas Rohini and Simran were always helpful. Inter-Shuttle service was very smooth as we had used both properties service.

Wonderful experience at this beautiful property in Goa, right from the check-in till the check-out we had an amazing experience, the reception staff was very helpful they took care of my kids very well, the rooms that were given to us were very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon, breakfast spread was huge with lovely food for dinner. Highly recommended 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Bad experience with family. Old rooms and pathetic service

Hotel rooms are quite dated. You could see they are in urgent need of renovation. Checked into a room with trays lying outside from previous guests. Rooms are quite old like an old fashioned resort. They need to really get rooms right. Breakfast service was not upto the mark. Food servers clear the table and don't put cutlery. Fried eggs take more than 25 minutes with reminders given to 3 people. Problem was lack of service attitude. Team is more keen on winding up breakfast then serving guests. Definitely a big no if you are looking for a comfortable stay with family.
