While we are pleased to know that you appreciated our location, we are truly sorry to hear about the disappointing condition of the hotel and your room experience. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the cleanliness issues, particularly the stained carpets and the room condition that did not feel fresh and comfortable. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide to our guests, and we fully understand how this affected your overall impression of the stay.
