Erg weinig gasten in het Hotel, daarom niet aan het diner deelgenomen, wij waren de enige in het restaurant op dat moment.

Verblijf was prima, alleen de laatste avond na het diner liepen er ratten door de eetzaal. Dit hebben we gemeld zijn ook op zoek gegaan. Verder is er aan ons geen aandacht meer besteedt. Een sorry of drankje was volgens mij wel op zijn plaats geweest.

While we are pleased to know that your overall stay was fine, we are truly sorry for the unacceptable experience you encountered on your last evening in our dining area. Please accept our sincerest apologies regarding the presence of rats in the restaurant. This is a matter we take extremely seriously, as it falls far below the hygiene and service standards we are committed to providing. We fully understand how disturbing and disappointing this must have been during your dinner experience. We also deeply regret that after you reported the matter, you did not receive the attention, follow-up, or apology that you rightfully deserved. Your point is absolutely valid, and we sincerely apologize that our response at the time was inadequate and lacked the care expected in such a situation. Your comments have been immediately shared with our management, Food & Beverage, and Hygiene teams for urgent corrective action, including enhanced pest control measures and stronger service recovery training for our staff.
