The check in process went smoothly, the bellboy was helpful and gave us few information about the hotel. The room is clean, quiet spacious and nice and the hotel's buttler keep checking on us in case we need an assistance during our stay. Nice!

best experience over all in every detail , very friendly staff and best service i had , room and bed was very clean and comfortable , decoration was well done in every detail beginning from all room decoration to all hidden electric wires . pool was fantastic with very helpful and friendly staff either for room or even the dedicated butler which you can contact by mobile. got a smoking room and was very surprised that there was relaxing nice fragrance all across the hotel from lobby to my room , every time i return to my room i was surprised that it was over lapsing any smoke smell . really well done. overall, this was the best hotel experience i had, which will result in earning one more customer in loyalty to Raffles brands all around the world. good job and well done , and will be back soon :)

The staff were wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating! Props to guest relations in being proactive by getting in touch with me prior to my stay, for any requests at hand for them to arrange. The suite too was lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

Overall very good except the laundry part. They didn't clean it properly. It's gonna be perfect if the laundry is perfectly clean. I was a little disappointed when the laundry was not clean and they said they had tried some treatments but I didn't believe because it's actually easy to clean. No need much treatment.

Really lovely stay at this lovely hotel. Amazing service from Jess and Faza and lovely rooms. Only a short stay, so cannot comment on location etc, but everything else was really positive. Would definitely recommend. Also...extremely comfortable bed.
