Surely a 5 star experience. The staff is genuinely nice and takes care of the guests. Interesting art work at the hotel and pool side is a different world in it self. Rooms are great! Loved the stay. I will recommend. And hope to be back here someday.

We are repeated guests from Raffles Jakarta and we always book this hotel when we are in Jakarta. In my opinion they have very good staffs and they can handle any of guests concern. The beginning of our stay was a bit bumpy, the lounge staffs, Irfan and Yuli are not well trained to handle guest and as the problem perfectly solved by Mrs.Etha, this 2 persons act like it was nothing happened (no apologize nor some other words or conversations) which make me feel a little bit uncomfortable, even my husband didnt want to come back again to the lounge, he never did such kind of act before. Fortunately Raffles have many high personality staffs like Mr.Hardo at front office, Mr.Nicholas and Mr.Fahrul at Arts Cafe, and Mr.Doni from Navina. My daughter is always excited to meet Raffles buttler to make origami and she proudly presents us some of their crafts. And this time she is very happy to meet Mr.Fahrul from Arts Cafe, he has a very nice interaction with kids. Also in the writers bar, they have a good service. They always give a good recommendation which menu i should take and it was perfect. I love how Raffles staffs go to the detail. They are notice our preferences and always do their best to make it happen. We love local fruits specially my daughter loves mangosteen and it was in the room as welcome basket. Donut with icing sugar was also not forgotten. and so on, its just amazing. After all we always enjoy to come back to raffles jakarta and it is definitely not the last one. Thank you for exquisite personals i've mentioned above, you make our stay in to five stars experience!

A highly satisfying stay with great facilities including the room, pool, and restaurant. The one I always remember is Ratu from the breakfast restaurant, who improved my mood on Sunday morning. Definitely recommended. Chef in the pastry was so nice 🙂

We had an amazing staycation at Raffles Jakarta. The service was truly outstanding, especially thanks to Ms. Valen, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly, handled our check-in smoothly, introduced us to our room, and ensured everything was perfect until our checkout. One of best luxury hotel in Jakarta. Service are all excellent, treat you as privilege customer. Room are big, modern and clean. Breakfast are excellent with custom order. Location is good with direct access to shiopping mall. Definetly will be back again here
