Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay with us. While we are pleased to know that you found our location convenient and that one of our colleagues was able to assist you warmly with adjusting the welcome fruit in your room, I am truly sorry that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion regarding the included services at check-in, as well as for the breakfast experience, which clearly fell short of what you should expect from us. Your comments regarding the tone and approach at the front desk, the limited check-out counters, and the maintenance issue with the shower are also taken very seriously. This is certainly not the level of comfort, clarity, or hospitality we aspire to deliver. Your feedback has been shared with our Front Office, Culinary, Engineering, and Sustainability teams so that these matters can be reviewed carefully and addressed with corrective actions. We are grateful that you highlighted these points, as they help us improve and ensure a more thoughtful and welcoming experience for our guests moving forward.
