位置很不错，虽然第一天房间靠马路太吵，但第二天能够非常顺利的更换到靠花园安静的房间。客房服务也很棒！

早餐太难吃了，位置倒是不错。

While we are pleased to know that you found our location convenient and that one of our colleagues was able to assist you warmly with adjusting the welcome fruit in your room, I am truly sorry that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion regarding the included services at check-in, as well as for the breakfast experience, which clearly fell short of what you should expect from us. Your comments regarding the tone and approach at the front desk, the limited check-out counters, and the maintenance issue with the shower are also taken very seriously. This is certainly not the level of comfort, clarity, or hospitality we aspire to deliver. Your feedback has been shared with our Front Office, Culinary, Engineering, and Sustainability teams so that these matters can be reviewed carefully and addressed with corrective actions. 酒店位置很好，旁边就是乐天商场。套房设计合理，面积大。服务都非常好，咨询都比较耐心解答。但酒店也有10年了，整体保养还是不错的，卫浴有点老化，洗手盘排水有点不行，手持那个花洒比较调节固定
