That’s amazing stay in Pullman Jakarta I’m fast check in and check out with Irfan Thank you to help me so much. 3 times I have booking by application but can’t directly pay, so I cancelled I book by booking.com and make mistake also with the month And the last team of Pullman help me with direct booking with the Accor plus price Thank you so much team

Good accommodation, good for business

On my first business trip to Jakarta, the hotel and the staff have been of great assistance. Services and restaurant very nice, I had good business meetings. Of note, my flight was at a later time than originally planned and there was no problem in extending checkout time a little longer and arranging for a taxi to airport, charged to the room (I had no local cash). Among staff, Rara was of particular help.

Still a good business hotel in the city

Stayed two times within a month and both stays were excellent. Everyone was nice and polite and the hotel remains our favourite in Jakarta. Other than the street noise for the road facing room in the Executive Tower our stays were smooth and pleasant. The hotel swicthed us after one night to the inward facing room and it was much better. Special mention to the Executive Lounge team; Gilang, Reta, Dimas and Jenny. All of them took good care of us and it was pleasure to be served by them.

Terrible Experience: "Double" Charged

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had while staying away from my hometown. To my utter disbelief, I was forced to pay "double" the expected amount because the staff, Rara and Suci, informed me on August 25th at 10:45 that tiket.com had not covered the booking fee. As a result, I had to pay an additional deposit of around 250 USD, despite already having made a payment via Online Travel Agent. This situation was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. I can confidently say that I will never use this service again after such a disappointing ordeal.

Upon investigation, we found that the Online Travel Agency you booked and paid through had not made the payment to our hotel in due time, leading to the confusion at check-out. We completely understand how this situation would be frustrating, and it was never our intention to disappoint you. We have also noticed your comments on social media platforms like X and Instagram, and we truly regret the negative impact this misunderstanding had on your experience and perception of our property. We believe this situation could have been resolved more efficiently with direct communication, and we are sorry for any distress caused. Please rest assured that we have taken immediate action with the Online Travel Agency to prevent such incidents from happening again, as we understand the negative impact it has on our guests' experience. We are relieved that you were able to receive a refund from the OTA the day after your stay.
