Modern room with nice ambience, the front office is quick in delivering responses everytime I have enquiries. The restaurant (Food Exchange) is nice with plenty choices of delicious foods. The staff (Miss Rara) is helpful.

Review: Novotel Jakarta Cikini (November 2025) We stayed at Novotel Jakarta Cikini from November 20–23, 2025. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, upon arrival we were upgraded to a “Legendary” room. While the gesture was appreciated, the room was too large for two people and decorated with football-themed images, which may not suit everyone. Unfortunately, the entire 12th floor (including our room, 1202) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Despite requesting a change, the hotel informed us there were no rooms available, so we had to spend one night in the smoky room before being moved the next day. This was disappointing, especially since smoking in carpeted areas leaves a lasting odor. The hotel’s location near the train station made it noisy, and the breakfast selection was not very suitable for international guests. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite, and the location was convenient for getting around Jakarta. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but we do not intend to return.

We also apologize that the Legendary room theme and size did not meet your expectations, and that the noise from the train station as well as the breakfast selection were not fully suitable for your needs. breakfast was amazing, ms. indah so helpfull as staff and care. resto was cleaning the food 5⭐. must try when come to jakarta!
