很糟糕，噪音吵得无法入睡。酒店未提供瓶装水。二楼付费用餐点餐一小时餐都没上来。找服务员告知没做

We also regret the oversight concerning bottled water in your room, as this does not reflect the standard of hospitality we aim to deliver. 酒店外面大门处的负责车辆安检的年轻员工很不错，有礼貌，很热心。另外有点小问题，浴室地漏不太畅通，只是小问题。
