Overall, the service was excellent and satisfying. All the staff were very friendly, starting from the responsive and welcoming security team, to the receptionist, Mr. Mirza, who understood the guests and was very solution-oriented and informative. The hotel rooms are modern and cozy, equipped with an iron. The breakfast is extensive (Asian, American, continental, etc.). Children up to 12 years old eat free breakfast. Thank you, Novotel Cikini.

The hotel is good, especially the service. Staff Giovani help me a lot when I need to rent a car with my request for working in the short time. Thank you so much. The Lost and Found staff in the hotel found and kept my important device for working and gave it back to me. Thanks a lot. Staff in hotel also helped me to increase the Wi-Fi signal in room for working.

Fantastic service and the staff. Everyone who work there was kindly and helpsom. Good breakfast. We stayed at room 601 and it’s a nice suite with a huge badroom. Thanks also to Mr Raffly who gave us ice cream after lunch at the bar when we arrived to the hotel.

The service in the hotel is very good. Every waiter is friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast selection was varied. The room was very clean, especially Dea, she always cleaned the room very carefully and provided good service. Thank you for all the service. A highly recommended hotel.
