Pengalaman menginap di properti ya g berada di lokasi yang strategis ini sangat berkesan. Interior warm sehingga langsung merasa seperti dirumah sendiri. Staf2 yang profesional, ramah, dan attentive menjadikan pengalaman menginap semakin berkesan. Makan pagi juga menjadi point penting dalam pengalaman menginap, di Raffles pilihan makanan sangat beragam. Selain variasi yang banyak, rasa dari setiap makanan sangat enak. Terima kasih terutama untuk: Rachel, Eto, Rashya, Qorry, Aca, Austin, dan Rifdah

Hier stimmt wirklich alles: es ist alles sehr gepflegt, sauber, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und auch das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Das Raffles Jakarta war unser letztes Hotel auf unserer Indonesien Reise und wir sind wirklich begeistert. Auch das Spa (hier fühlt man sich wirklich wohl wenn man sich nach dem Check-out für einen langen Flug frisch machen will) und das Gym sind top. Einfach alles auf höchstem Niveau und somit absolute Empfehlung. (Als Krönung unseres sowieso schon ausgezeichneten Eindrucks haben wir ein Upgrade in eine wirklich atemberaubende Suite bekommen - wenn es ins Budget passt kann ich die Buchung einer solchen auch wirklich empfehlen. Eine tolle Erfahrung)

Das Raffles Jakarta liegt im Zentrum der Stadt im Botschafts-Viertel, und ist guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt und ins Umland. Wir haben das Raffles als letztes Hotel unserer Java-Reise von Ost nach West gewählt, auch wegen der guten Anbindung an den Flughafen in Jakarta. Es war der perfekte Abschluss! Die Zimmer sind auf höchstem Niveau großzügig gestaltet und sehr sauber. Ein großes Lob an das aufmerksame House-Keeping! Es sind die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die das außergewöhnliche Niveau dieses Hotels widerspiegeln, z.B. eine kleine Schale für die Rasierer in der Dusche. Auf der 14. Etage befindet sich ein großer 25 m langer Pool mit Liegen im Wasser und separatem Whirlpool, dazu Palmen, eine Poolbar und eine liebevoll gestaltete Garten-Landschaft mit Jogging-Strecke. Man vergisst hier beinahe, dass man in einer Millionenstadt ist. Als Diamond- bzw. Platinum-Mitglied bei ACCOR hat man kostenlosen Zugang zur „Raffles Club“-Lounge, wo man morgens im „kleineren Rahmen“ frühstücken kann; nachmittags gibt‘s von 15:00 bis 17:00 Uhr einen Afternoon-Tea und ab 18:00 Uhr alkoholische und nicht-alkoholische Getränke sowie Hors d‘œuvres, was allerdings eine Untertreibung darstellt. Es gibt nämlich tatsächlich ein Buffet sowie die Möglichkeit à la carte aus täglich wechselnden Speisen zu wählen. Wir haben allerdings unten im 1. Stock gefrühstückt. Eine derartig große Auswahl an nationalen und internationalen Gerichten habe ich beim Frühstück noch nie gesehen! Zudem konnte man auch hier aus einer täglich wechselnden Karte zusätzliche Gerichte auswählen, die dann frisch zubereitet wurden. Angeschlossen ist eine kleine Sushi-Theke sowie eine exzellente Pâtisserie. Wirklich außergewöhnlich! Das Personal in der Lounge und beim Frühstück war stets sehr aufmerksam und bemerkenswert freundlich und man kam häufig rasch ins Gespräch. Das Team spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Einmal konnten wir wegen eines sehr frühen Ausflugs das Frühstück leider nicht nutzen, haben aber auf Anfrage ein leckeres Paket zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Wir haben auch das SPA genutzt und uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Super-Team, schöne Atmosphäre und gute Produkte. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes haben wir einen niedlichen Teddy im Raffles-Style geschenkt bekommen. Wir hatten das Gefühl als Gäste gekommen, aber als Freunde gegangen zu sein. Top-Empfehlung!
