Great service, above expectation, excellent breakfast, bed is comfy, upon checkout they let me extend the room more than 06.00PM because i was caught by traffic jam, last thing i forgot something in my room, the nextday i came back and i took the thing. Thank you

Affordable in The City Centre, Right Next to The MRT Station

An affordable option in the heart of Jakarta city centre. It is also located right next to an MRT Station, which makes commuting easy. Downside: some things in the rooms can be improved such as the TV + aircon.

Rest and dine at all seasons very much WORTH IT! Moreover, the service of the Banquet/Restaurant staff, Mas Rofiq, is very friendly and warm. as well as the Chef on duty at night, received complaints well and educated the kinds of broths used, plus were given delicious complimentary gifts. One that needs to be IMPROVED ... the room sheets and blankets need to be repaired because they are torn and not suitable, some look old.

Pro’s; Fast Check in, free room upgrade, warm welcome, friendly reception, cleanliness, ac working well, value for money, great view Con’s; (pls pay attention on this to avoid other guest complain) - Security always ask unnecessary question to every guest the purpose to come to the hotel and it less privacy and uncomfortable for us as a guest. - The AC in the alley is not working and causing hot maybe this initiative to reduce electricity bill. - im happy for free room upgrade but i will be more happy if you gave me real queen bed size not a twinbed stick together and look a like a queen bed. I rather to stay in standard room with real queen bed instead of what so called “upgraded room” but fake queenbed size. The feel completely different when you sleep and the mid part of bed slightly downed. - the accrual nights still doesn’t show in my membership dashboard, I don’t know whether its a glitch in your system but its different with my previous stay in mercure where the accruals night will show up right after the day im checked out.

One of my favourite for Accor properties. Very strategic location, in front of MRT station and walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The room is as usual clean and comfortable. Staff was ok - exception for Ms.Ade our room attendant which left us a special note after we req. for 2 extra pillow, excellent Breakfast - just standard NYE dinner - just standard, thanked God they give us just ok table other wise I can make a huge scandal if they do not give me a good table right away, Thank you Ms. Kinanti next time please do better for table arrangement and flow

BREAKFAST: as a hotel in IBIS class, the various of meal is OK. But compared to room price, it should be better. The service was poor .. when we arrive the dining room, all tables were dirty, no waitress there. I moved the used plate & cup to the service table by myself, I used the table without cleaning. The infused water was empty, the cakes only 1 piece of small muffin, some dishes were empty, meanwhile only 1 worker was there, cleaning service who were sweeping. I informed her about the infused water, she immediately went to the service room (thanks for it). Only after that, 1 by 1 waiter came & guests were waiting them to clean the tables. The elevator from basement to lobby was not in operation. For single guests who drive themselves, it would be uncomfortable for them to up stair with their luggage I did not know what noise from above during our stay, it liked someone kept on walking

What irked me most was that there wasn't even a chair with a back rest for the working table. Roof top breakfast sitting in hot sunshine wasn't so pleasant. Perhaps curtains can be installed. Water from the showers wasn't warm enough. And the pillows are suspect in terms of cleanliness. Same heat problem in the lobby Cafe area.

I am a frequent guest of All Seasons Hotel Thamrin! This is THE Hotel to stay if you are in Jakarta! It is next to the Sudirman BNI Station Railink to the Soekarno Hatta Airport and the Dukuh Atas Station of the Metro Jakarta MRT! Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia Malls are just 5 minute walks from the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff and service os SUPERB!! I would just like to make special mention to the staff who is always nice and accommodating specifically the following: Front Desk - Andini, Daly, Dara, Danu, Reza and Aleph Skyloft Restaurant - Mrs. Bunga the Manager and her staff Rojai, Gisela, Selvia, Husni, Rovik, Ezra and Rahmat Housekeeping - Esra, Syakila, Puput, Ade and Paskaria Thank you also to Salsa for always asking me how my stay is going. At morning breakfast, the service is very slow. The clearing of table is slow, the refilling of coffee is slow, egg station nobody, Juice taste diulate. The staff especially the guy, seem unhappy, long face if you request him for something. Overheard a guest asked him for tea and he said in a very rude way, it's there you can get it yourself. However the lady named Lia, she pleasant and well manner.

Communicating with mr. Harris is like comunicating to a brick wall. He did still not add the earned accor leclub points in the account of my card with which i checked in and is on the bill. Plates used at breakfast are so bad that liquid is easily spilled. Customer unfriendly. Avoiding this hotel is adviced.

Hotel location has easy access to various parts of Jakarta. Convenient and walking distance to airport rail link at BNI City Rail Terminal. Front desk and restaurant staff are always very friendly. Overall the All Season Jakarta Thamrin is a good hotel to stay in Jakarta.

Capital city weekend escape

Your weekend escape will not be the same anymore. Find a nice room and quite good breakfast while taking pictures of the skyscrapers. The BNI City Train Station is only 10 minutes walk and the Dukuh Atas MRT station is just a step away.

It was my great experience to stay at All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin. The close proximity of this hotel with Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, bundaran HI and many historic places in Jakarta is one of the reason I chose this hotel. The strategic location of the restaurant which is on the roof top, is an excellent and fantastic sightseeing place.

Simple and nice people, especially housekeeping. But time for the property to be upgraded please. Leaking roof. Old furniture. Old curtains. Old bed sheets, turning yellow already. And, I am staying in their suite room yeah. Imagine the other rooms.

Everything gone wrong

Arrived at the hotel, and staff cldnt find my booking. Bring out original booking and reference number still can't find my booking. Hotel staff need to create the new booking for me. I did pay to upgrade to deluxe room with mini bar. Mini bar never there in my room...... call receptions twice never show up. Wait til night time I went down to tell the receptions, come back to my hotel room, Mini bar is in my fridge1Coke 1 Sprite 1 sparkling water.Do not get trap from this booking options ( upgrade incld minbar)...if u buy your own drinks still cheaper !!!!Asking for late check at 2 pm,Receptionist call at 10.30 am in the morning asking for checking out or extend stay??? Wake up call service more like. Toilet have no extra paper roll and cldnt find anywhere.Don't stay here not worse it !!!

Having stayed there many times in the past and kept positive memories, I was looking forward to this stay which unfortunately proved to be very disappointing. The hotel has a severe maintenance issue (broken light in the room, leaking aircon, one lift not going up to Restaurant, coffee machine in restaurant leaking). Breakfast is now very poor compared to previous stays, staff is not up to standards - tables are not clean, coffee is very bad, juice (choice of 2) mixed with water, no yoghurt, poor choice of bread ... In summary, will not stay there again and pick alternative places.
