Great service with well trained staff

As an Accor Platinum, I left the stay quite impressed with the level of professionalism of the service staff (from the security to the front desk to the breakfast area). The staff were always friendly and respectful. The facilities were good for a Novotel, decent gym, spacious rooms, modern amenities. The only issue I had was the water in the rooms, they don't have bottles so they provide two refilled glass jugs which you can use. I have no idea on the quality of the water or its origin but it taste akin to tap water so I just didn't drink it and used it for brushing my teeth. Buying water externally when I am used to the hotel providing quality water at a high standard was not ideal. This was the reason for the 4 point rating. Aside from this, the staff really made the stay well, Sunardi is an excellent GM and has a great team in place. Nugroho was very professional, courteous and diligent. Maulina, the head of the staff for breakfast was outstanding. Nisa, Dewi, Adi and the rest of the breafkast team all did an outstanding job. The security at the front were very kind and gracious.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I book deluxe room and the room was ok and it fit according to Novotel standard. Breakfast was good and had a lot of varieties. The location of the hotel is also strategic, in the city center. Many streetfoods, shops were available there. Great hotel and hopefully I can visit it again

I had great experience here. The location is very near the cikini station, also had great times here. Nice room service, especially thanks to Ms. Dea n Mr. Habibi, and also other housekeeping staffs.

Excellent place to go, nice food, nice staff and great meeting place also near train station anf bus stop. I had a good time staying here thanks to Andina. Will be back in the future and totally recommend this place to anyone.

Best location, services and location

I had a great experience to stay here with my friend, the location is in Central Jakarta and close to public transportation. beside that, the service is very good, especially for Mr Dede, He is very helpful and kind! I also love all the food served by this hotel, it's clean and tastes was perfect! Highly recommended for those going to Central Jakarta!
