Beautiful elegant lobby, rooms are clean, jacuzzi and spa were very nice. Brunch was wonderful! Most importantly Customer Service everywhere was excellent! Thank you Fairmont for making your employees happy! I highly recommend this hotel. I could tell the employees are well taken cared for. Mabuhay!

Celebrated our 10th Stay at Fairmont

Our family has often taken to staycations in Hotels within Manila to beat the usual traffic in and out of the Metro. Ever since Accor included the Fairmont Hotel in Makati in its roster of establishments it had been our family’s favorite. The location was perfect since it would only be a 3 minute walk to Greenbelt 3. Recently I was delighted to find that there is an underground access which brings me directly to Landmark as well. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and since our two kids had their own appointments, we took advantage of having somewhat of a couple’s getaway. Little did he know that on the eve of our stay, they were waiting for us in restaurant at Greenbelt to surprise him. Upon arriving at the hotel, Marvie at the special front desk welcomed me warmly and enumerated all the amenities they had to offer. Our stay was courtesy of the free night which comes with being an Accor plus member. She suggested we upgrade it to the Fairmont Gold room which gave us access to the lounge with all day free flowing drinks and snacks with cocktails in the evening. This also included the breakfast buffet for two at Spectrum. Since it was a special occasion, I took her up on that offer and I’m glad I did. Since it was our 10th stay at Fairmont, she granted us a late check out the following day. Since it was an overnight stay, we didn’t need a trolley but we did have a couple of bags which Josen happily brought with us to our room. Other than the usual fruits, the welcome spread included a slice of cake and a bottle of wine to celebrate our 10th stay. Josen cheerfully offered to take our photos. The room was spacious and the en suite included a bath tub and a separate shower. I was thrilled to see that a wireless phone charger was included on the work desk. We simply placed our phones on it and it charged wirelessly. We headed to lounge and found ourselves a table near the window to watch the sunset. Even before cocktails, Adi gave recommendations and mentioned he would be the bartender later on. During cocktails, the dishes were filling since included soup, pizza, sushi, sandwiches and even roast pork belly. We still made room for dessert with the tartlets and macarons. The following morning, we were still full from dinner but didn’t want to miss on the buffet breakfast at Spectrum. The had an extensive spread which included Chinese, Filipino, Indian and Inter-Continental dishes. The chocolate batirol corner even offered taho. Our server John, was able to fulfill our request to have slices of ripe mango brought to our table. I was able to do a little shopping afterwards to burn off what we ate but spent the rest of the time just lazing in bed to watch Cable TV until the next Cocktail hour. At 7 pm we were able to do our check-out at the Gold Lounge. Alleckis was able to help me compute for my membership points to use for the stay and upon learning I was a PWD, was able to make further reductions. When she asked when we would return, I earnestly replied soon. After all, with the warm reception, amenities and personal customer service, we can’t stay away too long.

The staff is very polite and attentive. The overall hotel is brilliant, swimmingpool was under maintenance, but I have been there before and know it is good. The location is brilliant, both if you are there as a business traveler or for vacation.

Again we felt very much welcomed in Manila thanks to the very warm and professional attention of the fairmont Makati htl staff. Ms Jaz and her team in the executive lounge made us feel at home. The smallest detail was taken care of with a big smile and a very nice attitude. They remembered all our preferences. Ms Jaz made sure that all our needs are fulfilled. The suite they upgraded us to (857), is one of the top luxurious hotel rooms ever. Very highly recommended

We stayed here for my husband's birthday. Excellent service from Trish at the lobby to Sheena, Briel, Kevs, Kate, Patrick and, most especially, Adi of Fairmont Gold. Adi has been warm and accommodating to us. They prepared a birthday cake in the room. What surprised my husband the most was the card with personal birthday messages from everyone at Fairmont Gold. We appreciate your effort and thoughtfulness. Still an amazing experience at Fairmont.
