The check in process was seamless and the staff greeted us with warm smile and a welcome drink which set a great tone for the rest of our stay. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Legacy Suite. The suite felt like more of a high end private residence than a hotel room, featuring soaring ceilings elegant floor designs and floor to ceiling windows that bathed the space for natural light. The separate living area was perfect for lounging and the marble bathroom was sanctuary in itself. The Raffle's Butler Service is world class. From the seamless check in to the thoughtful touches throughout the day, the staff anticipates our needs before we even voice them. The vibes is decidedly sophisticated, quiet , luxurious and exclusive. Intercontinental breakfast at Merio ( Mechilen Guide Selected for 2026 was fabulous. WI-FI is fast and reliable. Pool was stunning especially so with the presence of those two lifeguards on duty. The Service: These is where Raffles Makati shines. Special shoutout to Gail, Mark, JP, Kent, Eva ,Sebastian and Peter (from Merio Restaurant). These were the only names i remembered but all of them were helpful and nice. And so if you are looking for the ultimate luxury escape this is it. The Raffles in Makati is highly recommended.

We stayed at Raffles Makati on our way to the outer islands, stopping in Manila. This is a seriously beautiful hotel with immaculate service. It really is perfect in every way. Not just stunning surroundings, art, amenities, but loads of small thoughtful touches. We even had a cocktail trolley in our suite loaded with ingredients for a good shake up! Add to that beautiful linen and bedding, gorgeous bathroom etc etc and this hotel would be hard to beat. Oh, and INCREDIBLE eggs Benedict at breakfast … just saying!

Unforgettable stay at Raffles Makati. Borge went above and beyond arranging our stay, and Butler Sebastian’s and Marcel’s caring service and “wow” birthday surprise for my boyfriend made the experience truly magical.

The best experience so far. The staff are very accommodating, service oriented, friendly, they make the customer feel comfortable and happy at all times. No request too big to fulfill! The 3 bedroom suite we occupied (2803) was so comfortable and met our needs. Very good value for the money. Housekeeping was excellent each day. No complaints. The buffet breakfast was so good (one request/suggestion: add local kakanin for balikbayan people who crave for them 😃). The selection is super and special requests are fulfilled. To sum it up , I would highly recommend Raffles for the 5 star experience in personnel, accommodation and food. You won’t regret it. I would like to mention special individuals by name but there are too many so I am generalizing this review because they all provided excellent service and support. Thank you raffles for this amazing opportunity to stay in your hotel with my entire family. December 2025 will be a memorable experience for us. Thanks for making it happen. #reynante10

The place itself is well appointed and luxuriant without being egregiously opulent. Having limited number of rooms makes for an atmosphere that feels exclusive. So if you're one who avoids crowds and noise, this is a great option. Service was exceptional all the way. From the butlers, room attendants, to front desk staff, everyone was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. I especially appreciated the butlers like Marcel and John who responded to my requests promptly. They even went out of their way to find me a ice compress bag and ibuprofen late in the evening when I had a minor injury in the gym. They made sure I had a ready supply of ice in my suite to replenish the compress. The quick response was so helpful to avoid swelling and pain the days after. So helpful especially as I was on my own. Thanks so much for a great stay!
