5-star luxury stay that was made very personal with the details! Even before our scheduled visit, the butler assigned to us made sure that our visit would be nothing but perfect especially since we’re there to celebrate my Mom’s 80th birthday. It was a planned intimate staycation to bond with her 3 daughters. When we entered our suite, there were 3 other butlers who welcomed my Mom with a song, cake, and a cute birthday banner on the wall! The rest of our stay was truly amazing with the afternoon tea, evening cocktails & breakfast the next day included in our package. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had with a well-curated spread. This hotel is high on sustainability without compromising comfort and convenience. It was a luxurious experience worth remembering and repeating!

Best place to stay in Makati. Rooms are excellent and the staff are very hospitable. Airport pick up and drop off as well as checking in and out worked seamlessly. Well worth the stay whether for it’s for business or leisure. Will be back again soon.

What a fabulous hotel. Lovely staff and everything you would expect and more. The pool is gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing! The room is everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Evening cocktails and light bites were a brilliant touch

From the first step we took in the hotel to our last step inside our car, we experienced an incredible stay. I have never met so many nice people working in a hotel. A variety of a special breakfast and an amazing room. At this point I want to particularly mention Sir Akthar Alonto who made our stay absolutely perfect. Starting with welcoming us, giving us detailed orientation, making our stay an unforgettable experience.

A luxury hotel with a great location that needs to be renovated. Everything in it looks so old school and dull unfortunately. The room although confortable needs a major redesign to stay in touch with customers expectations. I’m one of those spending several months a year in hotel and yours has an excellent service but is surely not an attractive proposition. Also if I may say your service is really good and attentive but feels somewhat over the top. You have to say maybe 10 times good morning before you sit at your breakfast table. That’s unnecessary and cumbersome I must say. A low key efficient service with a lighter touch is more appreciated, less in your way. Finally the breakfast is nice but your pastries and croissant are pale and lack the crispness of top viennoiseries. Certainly not made by European-trained pastry chef Thank you
