다른 호텔도 많이 방문하였지만, 마닐라에서 페어몬트 마카티가 가장 인상깊은 만족을 제공하였습니다.
호텔의 시설, 직원들의 친절, 조식, 라운지 서비스등등
와이프와 함께 방문한 호텔중에 손에 꼽을 정도로 만족감이 높았고,

리셉션부터 라운지까지 모든 직원들의 서비스와
응대는 완벽했으나 조식부페식당의 대기시스템과
주문음식의 딜리버리 스피드에는 문제가 많은것
같았슴. 뷔페식당에 도착한후 얼마정도를
기다려야하는지 알려주지 않아서 라운지조식을 먹을지 그냥 기다릴지 선택하기가 어려웠으며
주문한 커피는 첫디쉬의 음식을 다 먹고도
오지 않아 주문여부를 다시 체크하였고 프렌치
토스트는 식사가 끝나가는 시간까지도 오지않아
주문한곳으로 가서 직접 받아왔음
