Me and my husband like to stay in Fairmont for a little quiet gateway between meetings. From the check in to check out time - both were assisted by JV who was pleasant, helpful and efficient - we had great experience. Staff are friendly and professional in accommodating our needs.

Hotel staff, from the front desk and guest services, to food and beverage, were all courteous, easy to deal with and helpful. Kudos to Marvie at the check-in counter who assisted and helped us get upgraded to a more spacious and elegant Gold Corner Suite. We were also treated for unlimited refreshment, 'meryenda' and dinner buffet at the hotel lounge. Next morning's breakfast at the Spectrum was a real treat. Food was great and there were excellent choices. All told, our overnight stay in Fairmont was a memorable one. Thank you Fairmont for the excellent and generous service.

The Fairmont is a well located property, with well appointed rooms and I can't speak more highly about the overall experience and the team of men and women that provided such professional, friendly and helpful service. From my welcome arrival, the early check in, late check out, the Food & Beverage staff, and the Club Lounge team, all made my visit an event rather than a stay. The staff make the difference in any hotel and this is so very evident at this property. All team members shared a common goal of ensuring my stay was beyond enjoyable. The Club Lounge was of a high standard, with great food and beverage offerings, but my fondest memories were the Lounge staff that were outstanding. Such a great bunch of people working together to delight the guests. In the end it was hard to leave. I'm so happy with the service and will return to the Fairmont again in October. I haven't stayed at a property of this calibre for quite a while, so my sincere gratitude goes out to everyone. Thank you Team Fairmont for everything.

Peaceful, luxury experience in Manila

This is my favorite hotel for business travel to Manila. The staff are wonderful, at check-in and also in the club lounge. Accommodations are spa-like, with plush robes and towels, comfortable bedding, and overall just a very inviting and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend!
