위치는 좋지만 버틀러 서비스의 특별한 점을 전혀 모르겠습니다. 리추얼 서비스 등 기대를 많이 하고 갔는데 특별한 것이 없어 실망했습니다. 다이아몬드 등급임에도 룸 업그레이드 등 다른 베네핏이 전혀 없었습니다. 애프터눈티 세트를 먹고 알러지 반응을 겪었습니다. 평소에 음식 알러지가 전혀 없는데, 남편의 복부에 작고 붉은 발진이 수십개 올라왔다가 몇 시간 뒤 사라졌어요. 사진 찍어서 컴플레인하고 싶었는데 남편이 제지해서 그냥 뒀는데, 다른 고객들은 비슷한 피해를 입지 않았으면 좋겠어요. 애프터눈티 세트는 전혀 신선하지 않고 말라있었습니다. 며칠 뒤에 허니문 축하 어메니티라고 또 애프터눈티 세트를 받아서 그냥 먹지 않고 놔뒀어요. Writer's Bar의 피아노 연주는 끔찍했어서 라운지에 연습하러 오신 것 같았습니다. Writer's Bar의 해피아워는 전혀 식사할 수 있는 핑거푸드가 나오지 않습니다. 시간은 저녁 시간대인데, 식사를 하고 오라는 건지... 이용하러 입장했다가 그대로 나왔습니다. 미레이오의 식사와 직원들의 서비스 말고는 장점을 못 느끼겠어요. 페어몬트 골드 라운지는 무료로 커피 이용할 수 있어서 좋았는데, 래플스 투숙객은 카페 마카롱에서 돈 내고 커피 사마셔야 합니다. 다음에 필리핀 갈 땐 페어몬트만 이용할 것같아요.
