We had a wonderful time at the spa with Jennylyn and Malou as our therapists. Malou was able to stretch my pain points and pressure was just right. Mine is medium, my husband needed hard massage. We were given a room with 2 beds so we had massage together. Bey and his team at Spiral surprised me with a song for my birthday. Now my husnand gave them a flower to give to me along with their cake. The room was so relaxing. Even with the manila bay view is far, we are still so comfortable with sofitel. The pool in the water is not as cold as before

I had a first class experience at the Sofitel in Manila Plaza from check-in to check out. It was first class all the way. I especially liked the Customer service that you get checking in at the Executive Club Millesime on the 10th floor. The staff there was excellent and the food and beverages served really made me feel special. They really pay attention to detail. First class all the way. Thank you Sofitel, you never disappoint.

April 27 ,2024 ( Kanieza 18th Birthday ) is our fifth times celebrating the most momentous events in our lives,in Sofitel with the dedicated supervision of Ms Vigie Salvador my wedding, debut of my eldest , debut of my youngest, my 50th birthday and the debut of my niece. With Ms Vigie around all our parties have been fabulously sucessful from food up to services .

So far, this is our worst experience among Accor Hotels!!! We stayed in this hotel for 3/D and 2/N (April 26-28, 2024). We arrived at the hotel around 3pm and the reception area is very chaotic! Since my wife is an Accor plus member, we decided to go to priority lane for Accor members hoping for a faster check-in process...surprisingly, there is only 1 staff stationed in that area, and there are 3 guest (including us) waiting in the line. To cut the story short, we just got our key card around 6pm. A very fast check in process!!! Now, after the check in process...we are hoping for a smooth staycation, but sad to say no, why? - It will take you 5-10 mins before you can get inside the elevator. - The escalator is also busted going to Spiral or basement - Staff and crew are not accommodating and welcoming. Overall, the services of this hotel is way too low compare to other Accor Hotels such as Fairmont, Joy-Nostalg Hotel and Novotel.

Today April 28 ,2024 we ate lunch at Sofitel Spiral (food was delicious) with my son's classmates. My son told me that his classmate would treat us to free lunch so i tag along and to make the long story short there was a misunderstanding with the payment scheme (it wasn't free). I was the one who paid for our luch including his classmates. Good thing Miss Abby Batoon and her staff was there to assist. Abby batoon and her staff went above and beyond their duty and deliver the WOW! In service. Big thanks to Abby and member of the spiral team!!!
