호텔 시설 및 위치, 서비스 응대 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 몇 가지 아쉬운 점이 있어 리뷰 차원에서 회신 드립니다. 1. 멤버쉽에 대한 응대 부족 : 다이아몬드 회원으로 몇 군데의 호텔을 경험했지만, 객실에 웰컴카드도 없는 경우는 처음이였습니다. 호텔 자체적으로 멤버쉽에 대한 서비스는 없는 건지 의심스럽습니다. 2. 프론트 일부 직원의 응대 부족 : 체크인을 할때 딜레이 체크아웃이 가능한지 문의하였으나 확인 후 알려주겠다는 답변이 있었습니다. 다음날 다시 데스크에가서 물어봤으나 확인하겠다는 답변만 있었고 회신은 없었습니다. 결국 체크아웃 당일 아침에 데스크에 가서 다시 확인을 한 후에 가능하다는 답변을 받았습니다. 딜레이 체크 아웃 요청을 받아준 것에 대해서는 감사함을 느끼고 있으나, 회신을 주겠다는 말만 할뿐 결국 고객이 직접 찾아가 여러번 문의를 해야만 확인을 해주는 시스템이 다소 불편하다 생각되었습니다. 일부 불만 사항을 적었지만 Novotel Suites Manila At Acqua 에서 숙박하는 동안 편안하고 즐거운 마음으로 지냈었기에 다시 방문하고 싶은 마음이 있습니다.
