Stayed for 4 nights on our first trip to Manila. Upgraded to the club lounge, and got a huge corner suite with 2 bathrooms. Service and friendliness from all the staff was exceptional, but a special mention to the concierge, Karl. We corresponded with him prior to arrival about playing golf, which he efficiently arranged for us. We have corresponded with a number of hotels prior to this trip, and our experience with the Fairmont has certainly been the most helpful and responsive. Karl was then at the door of the hotel when we arrived, and my husband had him on speed dial throughout our stay! Great service. A huge bonus about staying at the Fairmont is that it’s attached to Raffles Hotel. We were able to visit the bars and restaurants in Raffles (food and drink prices comparable) very easily and charged everything to our room. Loved the rooftop bar in the evening. If it’s your first visit, Makati is the area to stay. 20 minutes to the airport, and traffic is heavy day and night. It took us nearly an hour to get to Intramuros in the morning. Golf on the Intramuros course was great fun and unlike any golf course we’ve played before. Thought the Fairmont club lounge was good value for us. Breakfast in peace in the morning, free flow tea/coffee all day, cocktails and nibbles in the evening. And of course the service was again very personal and exceptional. Highly recommend.

Fairmont Makati is my 2nd home since, I was become an Accor member. Room was clean and perfect facilities especially if you have your kids with you. I never forget the breakfast, good selection of food and the Filipino corner is my favorite also I want to mentioned Banjo Lopez for always checking back at my table and his team for good service.

4/5 because of the following... 1. Pool is no longer heated :( this was the largest let down as this is why my Son and I love staying here. 2. Denied entry in spectrum for buffet because we were wearing pajamas (very decent ones mind you) only to later see no less than 5 other families eating there while SCANTILY clad. If you are going to be strict with business casual attire then do so! 3. Upon checkout, my wife who had a baby in a stroller asked for assistance with our luggage and the concierge forgot to bring her duffel bag (she only had 2 with her). We had to return for it and was expecting a quick pick up because we were told "it is already at the lobby ready for pick up. Only to be told there were procedures to be followed which took almost an hour to complete. This was after travelling back from NLEX very late at night. 4/5 because it is still the best hotel to stay in in Makati, room and location wise. Staff are very hospitable and accommodating! Kudos to R.A. Jean for taking the time to look for my wife's lost earrings in our room. Kudos to Eme and Juniviere of Spectrum for going above an beyond to provide the BEST service especially during the Christmas Eve Buffet. <3

Stayed 2x nights in this establishment to rest before a trip to the Northern parts of Philippines. As expected, the hotel was another Fairmont gem! First and foremost, the staff. From arrival to departure, everyone were very professional and their assistance always on-point. The reception staff, the Mistral Rooftop bar staff, the staff in the restaurant, the Gold Lounge, spa, gym, pool. Not one mis-step. Our room was impeccable with everything we needed, plus more. This is now our preferred Accor home base in Manila whenever we visit Philippines, before and after touring the many beautiful places of Philippines. Excellent job Fairmont!!

It was the first time we stayed at Fairmont using the comp night under Accor and we enjoyed our stay! Anna offered an upgrade to the lounge where all day drinks and cocktail hour is included. Nice selection and we were well attended to by Allecks. We were requesting for early check in and we were very happy that we were able to get the room by 10am! Pool was amazing. overall we love staying here. People here are all so friendly and willing to help and greets us everytime. Thank you to Managers Leanne and Jeric for meeting us and taking good care of my family. We will definitely be back.
