Although Novotel Araneta is located at the heart of Metro Manila in Cubao, there are pros and cons about the place. Pro's of course is near in Araneta Center for a concert or game events, lots of shopping mall, restaurant and groceries, transportation hubs Cons will be the safety since the area is so crowded. I'm quite disappointed in terms of hotel service, from Accor concierge and room availability, staff know how about accor membership and to the hotel staff services.

The staff are all friendly from the frontdesk to the restaurant. There are a lot of choices when it comes to breakfast buffet. Myfriends and I enjoyed it the most. The front desk staff are friendly during the check-in and check out. Overall,the vibe was very welcoming. We will definitely comeback!

Noisy pool party

I am staying here for our convention with my colleagues. The hotel staff did not advise us that there will be a pool party going on on our 2nd night of stay. It was so loud we can not rest nor sleep. How inconsiderate of them! We still need to wake up early since our sessions start at 8am the next day. What the staff could have done is advise us of this and placed us in another wing.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Novotel. We received a complimentary cake. ❤️ The location of the hotel is very convenient and walking distance to the mall (Gateway Mall 2). All the staff are very accommodating. The room and the amenities are very clean. We will definitely come back. I’m also recommending the food exchange.
