Our go-to accommodation everytime we watch a concert here at Araneta. Consistently efficient with the check-in and check-out process, filling and tasty breakfast. First time to try the Gelato and pastries - ensaymada was bomb, so soft and cheesy. Will come back just for the pastries here hahaha. Good job everyone, keep up the good work!

Poor service and hospitality

The location was good but hospitality was poor. I stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were small. The washrooms had only the tub with shower for bath and the drain was clogged. The restaurant opens at 6:30 AM for buffet breakfast. We went tot he restaurant at 6:00 AM and requested for BF. The restaurant manager, (i think her name was Ms Lanya) did not allow, even though everything was laid out. Then Ms Cris from reception helped us out and allowed us to have BF. Ms. Lanya did not take it kindly and was very frosty with us even on the next day. Similarly, had two mangosteens (fruit) with us in he room and called house keeping to get it cut. They refused and said that they will charge us for this service. Never had experienced such a service before.

I just came out of the elevator , and out of the blues .. a housekeeper greeted me from a corner. I thought that was a genuine gesture. It means a lot for me that someone says hello . I was touched. Im sure she had cleaned my room numerous times during my stay. Big shout for ROSS ! She is so sweet, and I’m sure a hard worker too. Thank you ROSS .

Nice pastries but Unjustidied parking fees (without receipt)

This hotel is in a busy location and we had our 2 day conference. The staff were friendly and pastries were good. However, they served a porkloin with too much fat. On top of that, the parking fee was enormous (even with validation) for a conference stay compared to other hotels in the metro. Given the enormous parking fee, they did not even issue a receipt.

Good location. Comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast buffet - this is unquestionably the main reason I would return to this hotel. Shout out also to "kuya" who manages the gym and pool area by ensuring we receive excellent service despite the torrential rain.
