Stayed here with my family from Christmas til after New Year's, I love the diverse food choices at the buffet, how cozy the rooms are, and the convenience of the hotel being right beside malls and restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

ACCIDENT AT PWD RAMP

I used to love this hotel, but my experience today was heartbreaking. My 13-year-old son fell on a PWD ramp that violates BP 344 safety standards—it lacks non-slip materials and proper signage. Because it was drizzling, the uneven floor became a trap. ​My son is now in significant pain, and the most disappointing part was the management. The MOD, Leon, told us over the phone flat out, 'Hindi po kami maglalabas ng pera.' I wasn't asking for a handout; I was asking for accountability and medical protocol after an accident caused by their negligence. To be treated like a scammer while my child is injured is unacceptable. ​Shame on you, Leon, for prioritizing the hotel's wallet over a guest's safety. I hope Novotel fixes that ramp before someone else gets seriously hurt.

Way too many guests during Christmas time but rooms were cozy, good food at breakfast buffet and sustainable efforts of the Accor group are highly commendable! Zero plastics and breakable water bottles instead of plastic bottles. Great effort!

We recently stayed at Novotel Cubao for a family vacation, and it was an experience we will truly remember. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well-organized, comfortable, and welcoming, which made it easy for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. What really stood out was the exceptional assistance from the Cluster Director of Reservations, Ms. Anne Cruz. Even before our stay, they were very responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful in making sure our booking suited our family’s needs. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and special requests were handled with care and professionalism. That level of support made a big difference and gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and family-friendly. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were well-maintained, and the location in Cubao was very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around the city. The staff across all areas were courteous and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. Thanks to the thoughtful assistance of Ms.Anne and the warm hospitality of the entire Novotel Cubao team, our family vacation was smooth, enjoyable, and truly worthwhile. We left with great memories and would gladly recommend Novotel Cubao to families looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Awesome staycation in Cubao

Novotel is value for money. The room was clean, the tolietries smelled great! (like Sampaguita to be honest). The staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet on the ground floor always has a good selection of food, not just your typical breakfast buffet. Trust me, I've tried other hotel's breakfast buffet's and Novotel's is right up there with the best hotels. Location of the hotel is perfect because it's in the middle of everything, includes malls and restaurants. We will definitely come back here for another staycation in 2026!
