Raffles Makati is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the Philippines. The rooms are spacious with large beds and great views. They have a complete bathtub set and a 24/7 butler service. Their exclusive tea events are a nice touch. The food is consistently good. I would recommend the Mango Tiramisu. Some things to improve may be the toilet (a more advanced version for flushing and heating) and the television which requires casting to use common apps.

20/10 customer service. From the airport pick up in the Range Rover to the greeters at the entrance of the hotel to the check in staff. To the fantastic butler, JP, 5 stars. To the amazing staff who fully executed exemplary customer service. To the BMW X7 airport drop off and driver. The location is excellent, across the street from the high end stores. I can’t say enough about Raffles. Certainly impressed as a first time guest and looking forward to other amazing locations.

First time at Mireio — amazing food, stunning views. Highly recommended! ⭐️🍽️🌇

This was my first time dining at Mireio, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented, with rich, well-balanced flavors. My favorites were the steak and the welcome drink — both were incredibly good! 😋 The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, with stunning city views. 🌇💛 Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, the combination of superb staff, refined accommodations, and delightful dining made our visit truly stand out. Highly recommended, . Special thanks to Ms. Crystal Monzones for her outstanding care—upgrading our room made the stay feel extra special. The room was elegant, spacious, and well-maintained, with housekeeping being discreet but attentive.

Wonderful stay from booking to checkout. Outstanding service: Crystal Monzones was exceptionally accommodating; the butler and front desk were also excellent. Seamless arrival and check-in. Pool: perfect for relaxation. Dining: Spectrum offered delicious lunch and breakfast. Overall: premium, attentive experience that makes us want to return.
