Can’t say enough about this hotel The staff was amazing from reception to concierge to housekeeping to the butlers to the awesome ladies at the library/ bar area They are the heart and soul of this operation Corner suite had beautiful furnishings , quiet , nice lighting and lots of windows The pool area was super clean and well attended by staff The bar and lounge were phenomenal and great vibe Great location in safe area with abundant of shopping and dining Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this hectic city and close to airport

We had a wonderful stay here with my family for 3 days & 2 nights. Our artist suite room is very pleasant to the eyes with the different paintings . Thanks to our butler Sebastian for accommodating our requests especially the U shaped pregnancy pillow which made my daughter very comfortable in her sleep.. Added to that he gave my 2 granddaughters access to their play area . My 2granddaughters had a great time and they want to return again here. In Raffles they treat you as VIP with a first class service & amenities. We will definitely return here …

A Near-Perfect Stay in Manila

This was my very first visit to Manila, and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel than Raffles Makati. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were graciously upgraded to the Legacy Suite, which was not only spacious and beautifully appointed, but also incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful pre-arrival communication and personalized welcome amenities made us feel genuinely appreciated. A special thank you to the butlers, Sebastian and John, for their kind and attentive service throughout our stay. Despite it being the Easter weekend, the hotel maintained a peaceful and serene atmosphere—something we truly appreciated. There are a few areas for improvement. Breakfast, which is combined with the adjoining Fairmont, felt quite chaotic and lacked the exclusivity one would expect from a boutique property with just 32 suites. For guests seeking a more tranquil morning experience, this setup could be reconsidered. The Writers Bar, while charming, appeared understaffed during both afternoon tea and evening cocktails. This impacted the level of personalization, and the food offerings were limited and underwhelming. A few grilled vegetables were served—far from what you’d expect at a property of this caliber. With better variety and more attention to quality, this space could truly shine. That said, the service remained warm and friendly despite the busyness. One standout experience was the 90-minute Hilot massage—absolutely phenomenal. I also want to commend the team’s genuine hospitality, which felt sincere and heartfelt—something I find increasingly rare elsewhere. All in all, a wonderful stay with many memorable touches. With just a few thoughtful improvements in service flow and dining, Raffles Makati could truly reflect the legendary excellence the Raffles name is known for.

A treat destination for us following a week of more humble lodgings while we were diving in Puerto Galera. Raffles was fabulous, exceptionally attentive service and we were made to feel special from the moment we arrived with a free high tea while our room was prepared. The rooms themselves were spectacular, especially coming from Hong Kong where space is at a premium. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The pool area was secluded and well run without quite having the design charms of the rest of the hotel but the free-flow at the Long Bar was more than adequate compensation. An excellent stay.

During my stay at Raffles Makati with my boyfriend from April 13 to 14, the experience was exceptionally smooth, quiet, and comfortable, precisely what we needed. I am deeply satisfied with every aspect of my visit. Special thanks to Butler JP for his excellent service, his attentiveness was perfectly balanced without ever feeling intrusive, and he ensured that every detail was impeccably in place. I truly appreciated the subtle touches throughout the experience and look forward to returning in the future!
