何度も利用させて頂いておりますが、今回は少々残念でした。トイレが修理が必要だったり、部屋にドライヤーや時計がなかった、2日目以降のランドリーバックが補充されていない、ティッシュがなくなった、バスタブがあまりきれいでなかった等。初めてこんなに色々ありました。滞在の後半はお掃除や備品の補充等もしっかりして頂いてましたが、こんなにあれこれが無かったことは初めてでした。

We sincerely apologize that your stay this time did not meet the standards you have come to expect from Fairmont Jakarta. We are truly sorry for the multiple shortcomings you encountered, including the bathroom issue, missing amenities such as the hair dryer and clock, the lack of replenishment for laundry bags and tissues, as well as the cleanliness of the bathtub. This is certainly not the level of comfort and care we strive to provide, especially for a guest who stays with us regularly. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate follow-up and improvement to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We appreciate your kind acknowledgment that the service improved during the latter part of your stay, and we are grateful for your patience.
