I had some couple drink from the bartender Kris, I do ask for a whisky sour and it was amazing. The waiter Nader had a lot of attention in his job an was seeing either the small details, both of them did and amazing job. I would come back and I do recommend. Thank you again guys !!

The cocktail was extremely delicious. The bar tender Mahmood at Fairmont Gold lounge was creative at making this special Clioptra politan cocktail. The atmosphere and the cocktail presentation were really nice. I highly recommend it..

The staff inside the gym, not the spa reception but really the gym was one of the greatest guys I met! What a pleasure being able to workout and learn so much from him! He always was kind, he was always checking in with everyone, seeing if they needed help! Truly a genuinely good person!

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel until I checked out, it was like staying with relatives. The welcoming as we entered through the doors, registration representative, the bellman, the pool attendants, the cleaning staff, Waiters gave us the upmost attentive flawless service we have ever had. They observed my mother-in-law was using a came and they provided her a wheelchair for comfort. When we checked in they didn’t have a king size bed room available and the manager personally walked us to view 2 other rooms to view, then they automatically upgraded us to an unbelievable suite with amazing Nile/ city views. Frank the hotel GM was so personable gave us his card if we needed anything. Fresh and delicious buffet of assorted breakfast items. I highly recommend this hotel if you like class and service.

This is a very beautiful hotel with well trained and very attentive, ample and hard working staff. They are always smiling and willing to help make our stay a wonderful experience. The place is immaculately clean, the restaurants have delicious food and it's right on the river so the views are expansive. I can truly say I've never encountered a more opulent breakfast buffet. Security is evident wherever we go. We feel very safe here. The pool area and spa are top notch. Aside from being beautiful, the spa has ever sort of equipment from punching bags to yoga mats. My only complaint so far is that the music is very loud at the pool and it's actually painful to the ears and I'm a bit deaf so I can't imagine how it is for folks with normal hearing. I didn't want to ask them to turn it down so I just wore earplugs.
