We had an amazing welcome the minute we arrived on the property, and all of the staff made us feel welcome. Michael greeted us at the front desk and insured that we had the best room to fit our needs and he over delivered! Our experience including the engaging staff, the room, and the incredible views of the Nile river were outstanding! Thank you Michael and the rest of the Fairmont staff!!
