My business trip to Egypt during the KORONA 19 was very sacesfyl and a pleasant journey. Hotel Novotel Cairo Airport for leaving guests provided options to the pass of test of CORONA 19/IsM/IsG. You need ask about in Reception. Very comfortable for trip and necessary for Airport if you have flight.

I enjoyed my stayed at Novotil airport. They know how to deal with members , very good stuff from the security to general manger clean room with good food quality the location is good for me it was a nice day

Near Cairo airport making it very convenient for a short overnight stay if catching early morning flight. Hotel provides free transfer to the airport every half hour. Room is clean and comfortable. Only two problem, the door does not lock properly, and english tv channels are very limited.

Hotel website heavily promotes its free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. However I waited 45 minutes at Terminal 3 and it never came. Reception said it was half hourly. Hot on security. This explains why some taxi drivers at Cairo airport wouldn't take me here - because they weren't legal taxi drivers and security check vehicles, contents and driver ID before entering the grounds. Didn't pay attention to booking details so tried to charge me full price when I'd paid with some LCAH/ALL points. Sent out the back of the hotel to the 'new' block. Signage could be better when arriving at 3am and tired! Overarching memory however is how scruffy and dirty the corridor carpets were. Shuttle bus back to the airport was reasonable, not really big enough for all the luggage people in this part of the world travel with. Driver very friendly and gave a quick lesson on the history of Cairo airport on the way!

I am receiving very good service and welcoming receptions from all staff and management the rooms are very good cleans and tidy plus the room service provides very good meals and service, the hotel location is convenient and the best for me because of my work and the airport business center , you can drive to the down town in 10 minutes and enjoy the tour . every things in the hotel very nice

Good location and the staff are very friendly and polite , hotel rooms need renovation no entertaiment during the evening but over all it want good experience and I will repeated the visit again for sure

Prime location, polite staff but poor facility that needs a lot of renovation and maintenance. The shuttle from the airport was efficient and the check in and check out process was smooth as well. Good only for max 48 hours stay.

Hygiene - Five stars! Comfort - Five Stars! Reception and Service - Five Stars! Convenient to get to airport with free shuttle service. Didn't try the food though (just stayed one night and had to rush to catch an early morning flight).

Two single beds in a small room. Facility and amenities are OK. Good to use airport. Periodic pickup by shuttle for arrival users is demanded. Breakfast is satisfactory. Nice gym is available. Waited long for check in.

I booked this hotel at the Cairo airport because it was on the airport grounds and I had an early morning departure. The staff was efficient during the brief check in & check out procedures. The price was very reasonable. My room in the newer part of the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly.

The hotel room is clean and quite. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Carpet and painting need renovation but otherwise it is OK. The hotel has a very big garden, reasonable fitness room, and good restaurant.

The carpets in the corridor are very dirty , expensive dinner with very poor variety, very slow service in the Italian restaurant , in the night all the cafe and bars have singers with loud voice , should be one place quit for snacks and drink

For business travelers and passengers in transit in Cairo airport. Big & comfy rooms, excellent swimming pool and gym and relaxed atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff. Good buffet. Free shuttle from/to the airport.

I really try to offer a balanced review of all hotels, sights, and restaurants but it’s really hard with this one. So here are my opinions and insights. The room had stains all over the furniture. The bed was not clean, the “sofa” was stained, the carpet was scary. So not much more to say there. Normally I’d say that it’s proximity to the airport was a plus. But given the airport layout, it’s actually really inconvenient to get to (and if you miss the shuttle from the hotel, you’ll end up either paying ten times what you expect given the time it takes to get around the airport to this hotel). Speaking of the shuttle, it’s supposed to run every 30 minutes. But when I was trying to check out as to not miss the 3:30 shuttle, I was told that it might not leave until 4:00. I told them very clearly that just hanging around waiting for the shuttle to leave when it feels like it was not acceptable. Reception showed zero interest in making sure I didn’t have to wait around. But reception did manage to overcharge me on the way out. There response when I called them on it a week later? The exchange rate “changed”. Well, XE.com has a historical tracker of exchange rates BY THE DAY - whoops, the math doesn’t add up. It also doesn’t help that they had previously said “extra taxes and fees”. Get your story straight if you are going to BS your guest. Long story short, in my opinion steer clear from this hotel.

Very good hotel and nice facilities. Quiet location, good to relax for a day or two. Good breakfast. Very convenient if you have meetings outside downtown Cairo. Staying at such location makes easy access to airport and you avoid traffic jams in the city
