An excellent and wonderful stay — I honestly did not expect this level of quality. I was a bit hesitant to stay at first since I am originally a resident of Sofitel El Gezirah, but what truly made me feel comfortable even before arriving was Mr. Saeed from the Executive Floor. From his call before my arrival, he genuinely reassured me and made me look forward to coming. The hotel arranged all my requests perfectly to the point that he even reminded me of some requests I had forgotten. His welcome was exceptional, and he is truly a remarkable representative of the hotel, a model to be proud of, and someone who definitely deserves recognition. During my stay, all my requests were immediately fulfilled. Honestly, Mr. Saeed made me love the hotel, and I will always choose to stay here. Thank you to themangement for excellent servise

What an experience we had with Khaled Osama! Excellent tour guide, we spent a whole day with Khaled visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum & the Pyramids of Giza. We throughly enjoyed our day and it wouldn’t have been the same if we hadn’t of spent it with Khaled.

The hotel is a quiet oasis along the Nile. We especially enjoyed the Onyx Lounge where Mohammed Hassan, Assistant Manager, made us feel welcome and comfortable. The lounge also serves a nice selection of meals and sandwiches and there is live entertainment at the grand piano. The hotel rooms are beautiful and well appointed. An excellent choice for a Cairo visit.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights while visiting Egypt. The service was excellent from all the staff. The bedrooms were plush and beds felt luxurious. The bathrooms are very spacious , clean with robes and slippers supplied. Free bottled water supplied daily. The hotel has a large breakfast buffet with an omelet station. The hotel has multiple dining restaurants with views of the Nile River. Our favorite was Saigon. I would happily stay here again . One recommendation - one side of the hotel faces a nightclub that plays loud music at night- the other side of the hotel is very quiet.

A high-quality and beautiful hotel. The view and interior design are wonderful. The staff are friendly and positive. Many thanks to all of them—especially our assistant Foush, who responded to all our needs instantly and became a friend—for making us feel at home.
