Exceptional, thoughtful service – thank you, Kamel! I would like to give a special thank you to Kamel and Mahmoud from room service for the truly outstanding care and attention I received. I have several dietary restrictions (including lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance) and requested a very specific lunch: salmon with mashed potatoes (no butter or cream) but olive oil and almond milk and vegetables prepared in a particular way (including peeled courgettes). Kamel took the time to carefully go through my order, confirmed every detail, and then personally delivered the meal to reassure me that the mashed potatoes were completely lactose-free and to show how the vegetables had been prepared. This level of personal attention, patience, and warmth is rare. I felt genuinely cared for, not just served. I was completely blown away by the kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much — this made my stay truly special
