This is the most professional and welcoming staff that I've seen across many hotels in different countries. Very welcoming, helpful, on time in anything you ask them. They are problem solvers not problem creators. Chapeau to all of the team in the Reception, room service and Bellman and restaurant. What can we say about this majestic hotel? Words are not enough to describe the uniqueness of this hotel. It has by far the best location and view over the majestic Nile.It is a jewel in the Nile a masterpiece of architecture. I had a room located on the 21st floor with a breathtaking view. I would definitely book again this hotel when I visit again Cairo. Thanks a lot to the manager who really took care of me.
