Everything was perfect and I have enjoyed every moment. Nice place, excellent views, professional staff; especially Yasmeen, Yasser, and Reda, in the Club Lounge.

I am a frequent guest at the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah, visiting about 4 to 5 times a year. I consistently book the Luxury Club Room to enjoy the exceptional Club Millésime lounge services. ​The lounge experience is truly outstanding, starting from the seamless check-in process to the premium offerings throughout the day, including signature drinks and high-quality snacks served at specific times. The business center facilities and the personalized butler service are also incredibly helpful. ​I would like to specifically commend the exceptional team for their professionalism: ​Mr. Tamer Sayed: For his constant assistance, professional approach, and welcoming smile. ​Ms. Doaa, Ms. Rana, and Ms. Yasmin: For their high spirit of cooperation and dedication to helping guests. ​Their hospitality makes every stay memorable. This was actually the best hotel on the Nile I have ever visited I have been to so many hotels but nothing compares to this one . Honestly one of the best parts of this place are the staff special mentions to the lounge team Tarek,Abd Allah ,Mr Yasser,Doaa ,Yara,Yasmin,Tamer, Mahmoud,Reda for the amazing welcoming as well as the warm hospitality the buffet had a wide variety and the tea hour food changes everyday it never felt boring to be honest. As well as a very special thanks for Chef Sabreen waffle and pancakes maker she makes amazing croissants very respectful and honestly an amazing person . The location is insane never could I have ever wished for anything better especially the spa and the gym were insane overlooking the Nile honestly the experience is 100/10 100% recommend
