I always pay by travel agency because is work related, this time the guy from reception didnt accept the travel agency payment because is a virtual card, but without any explanation, I had to pay with my personal card, the next day the girl from reception explain me that financial dep. give the order to dont accept this kind of payment. Never again to that Hotel, I will choose another one even if is in the middle of the city

I have stayed at many airport hotels and most of them feel very impersonal, however the staff at Novotel Cairo Airport are very friendly and professional. I stayed there for more than 2 weeks in March 2021 and the staff there were all excellent, especially at reception and the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean and so was the restaurant. Wifi was usually good and room service was always fast and tasty. A small negative point is the weddings sometimes are very loud when you want to sleep, but these always finish before midnight. Thank you to all the staff at Novotel for a very plesant stay! Shukran!

Relaxing Stay at my Cairo Favorite hotel

During the last 6 weeks I have checked in and out of Novotel seven times. Every time I visit the hotel I enjoy the friendly staff hospitality and top service. Novotel Cairo Airport is now my preferred hotel in Cairo. I enjoy the fastest checkin and checkout in the entire Accor group of hotels and without mistakes in billing.

i have to work several days per week in cairo and instead of renting and apartment i feel that it is way easier to stay in the hotel, evey body is friendly and willing to help and the location is perfect for international travelers

Elegant 4 star hotel only 10 minutes from Cairo International Airport with free shuttle service. Check in and check out within few minutes. Good welcome from the staff. Good and delicious food specially at the swimming pool restaurant. Two swimming pools. Nice well preserved green areas in the center. Good rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are all sound insulated. Immediate response from house keeping personnel. Covid 19 precautions every where, including restaurants and general spaces including corridors and lifts. All employees wear masks. All gusts are required to wear masks in all closed spaces.

My business trip to Egypt during the KORONA 19 was very sacesfyl and a pleasant journey. Hotel Novotel Cairo Airport for leaving guests provided options to the pass of test of CORONA 19/IsM/IsG. You need ask about in Reception. Very comfortable for trip and necessary for Airport if you have flight.

Convenient and Comfortable

Near Cairo airport making it very convenient for a short overnight stay if catching early morning flight. Hotel provides free transfer to the airport every half hour. Room is clean and comfortable. Only two problem, the door does not lock properly, and english tv channels are very limited.

Hotel website heavily promotes its free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. However I waited 45 minutes at Terminal 3 and it never came. Reception said it was half hourly. Hot on security. This explains why some taxi drivers at Cairo airport wouldn't take me here - because they weren't legal taxi drivers and security check vehicles, contents and driver ID before entering the grounds. Didn't pay attention to booking details so tried to charge me full price when I'd paid with some LCAH/ALL points. Sent out the back of the hotel to the 'new' block. Signage could be better when arriving at 3am and tired! Overarching memory however is how scruffy and dirty the corridor carpets were. Shuttle bus back to the airport was reasonable, not really big enough for all the luggage people in this part of the world travel with. Driver very friendly and gave a quick lesson on the history of Cairo airport on the way!

I am receiving very good service and welcoming receptions from all staff and management the rooms are very good cleans and tidy plus the room service provides very good meals and service, the hotel location is convenient and the best for me because of my work and the airport business center , you can drive to the down town in 10 minutes and enjoy the tour . every things in the hotel very nice

Prime location, polite staff but poor facility that needs a lot of renovation and maintenance. The shuttle from the airport was efficient and the check in and check out process was smooth as well. Good only for max 48 hours stay.

Hygiene - Five stars! Comfort - Five Stars! Reception and Service - Five Stars! Convenient to get to airport with free shuttle service. Didn't try the food though (just stayed one night and had to rush to catch an early morning flight).

カイロで丸一日のトランジットがあったので１泊だけ利用しましたが、ものすごく後悔。二度と泊まりたくない。空港からのシャトルバスがまったくオーガナイズされていなくて、事前にホテルに二度メールでシャトルについて問い合わせたのに要領を得ない返事ばかり。カイロに着いてシャトルを探している間、私はどうして目の前にあるMeridienを選ばなかったのかと心底後悔した。ホテルのフロントも愛想悪く、welcomeの一言もなし。翌朝のcheck out時は朝の6:45にはフロントに行ったにも関わらず、１人しかフロントスタッフいなかったし要領も愛想も悪く（あからさまにぶっきらぼうな男性スタッフ）、乗りたかった7時のシャトルを逃す羽目に。しかもシャトルは複数ターミナルを回るので、自分のターミナルに着くまでに予想以上に時間かかった。時間に追われるトランジット客にはお勧めしないホテル。

Two single beds in a small room. Facility and amenities are OK. Good to use airport. Periodic pickup by shuttle for arrival users is demanded. Breakfast is satisfactory. Nice gym is available. Waited long for check in.

滞在中、具合が悪くなり、レセプションに相談したところ、すぐさま薬局に電話して、薬をデリバリーしてもらえるよう手配していただきました。知らない土地で体調を崩し、不安が大きかったのですが、レセプション担当者の迅速な対応にとても助けられました。ありがとうございます。 When I was sick, a hotel stuff at the reception called a pharmacy to ask them to deliver the medicine to hotel. The medicine worked very well and I could recover. I really appreciate.

I booked this hotel at the Cairo airport because it was on the airport grounds and I had an early morning departure. The staff was efficient during the brief check in & check out procedures. The price was very reasonable. My room in the newer part of the hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly.

The hotel room is clean and quite. The staff are friendly and cooperative. Carpet and painting need renovation but otherwise it is OK. The hotel has a very big garden, reasonable fitness room, and good restaurant.
